(OOC: Instead of a regular trash-talking role play, I decided to go down a different route and actually have a bit of fun writing a role play that is actually written as somewhat of a hype-up video for the Television Title matches at SuperMania III. If you'd like to hear the song used, then click here. It's not your typical role play, sure, but a little variety never hursts. I enjoyed writing it, and I hope at least a few of you enjoy it).
The notorious pale-yellow Power On Wrestling logo flashes across the screen, and then slowly fades away. As nothing but pure darkness plasters the screen, the opening sounds of Breaking Benjamin’s “Blow Me Away” -- the official theme song of SuperMania III: United Power -- resounds. The first bell at the beginning of the song produces a split-screen image of POW Television Champion Kaleb Shadix on the left side, and his first challenger at SuperMania III: United Power Mr. Showtime. That split-screen image slowly fades away, and as the second bell resonates another split-screen image appears, but this time with UWC Television Champion Jay T. Nitro on the left side, and his challenger Nick Pickles on the right. That split-screen image now vanishes, and suddenly an influx of images consisting of illustrations of Kaleb Shadix, Showtime, Jay T. Nitro, Nick Pickles, the POW and UWC Television Title, and the POW and UWC logos themselves flash furiously on the screen with each quick transition from one image to the next corresponding with a note at the beginning of the song. Finally, the lyrics commence about twenty-seven seconds into the song which are sang by front man Ben Burnley.
As the lyrics are sang, all four POW and UWC Television Title Match participants are showcased in four separate quadrants of the screen, and both the POW and UWC Television Titles appear in the middle of the screen, and in between the four participants. The clips shown of Kaleb Shadix, Showtime, Jay T. Nitro, and Nick Pickles are currently showing them make their entrance down a steel ring ramp respectively. That four-quadrant set-up now increasingly grows blurrier with each passing second until nothing can be made out clearly.
The second set of lyrics now resonates, and another four-quadrant set-up appears just like the last one, displaying the four competitors and the two title belts in the middle. However, unlike last time when the competitors were shown walking down a steel ring ramp, they are now each displayed entering a wrestling ring and completing their in-ring entrance routines. Kaleb Shadix is standing on the top rope flipping off the crowd, Showtime poses on the turnbuckle and rips off his shirt while then proceeding to throw it into the crowd, Jay T. Nitro is shown slapping hands with the fans and then spinning about in the ring with his arms extended, and Nick Pickles is shown throwing his precious money all about. Again, this four-quadrant set-up grows blurrier with each passing moment just like the last one.
For a third consecutive time, a four-quadrant set-up appears, displaying the four competitors vying to be the unified POW and UWC Television Champion at SuperMania III: United Power, as long as the two belts themselves in the epicenter. Again, the actual actions of the competitors being displayed has changed, too. Now they’re shown circling around the ring and locking up with some of their opponents they’ve faced in the past rather than walking down the ramp or entering the ring as shown before. Like the previous two times, the screen grows increasingly fuzzy until nothing can be clearly made out.
Yet again, a four-quadrant set-up is shown displaying the contenders in the four corners of the screen, and then the two title belts overlapping in the middle. Again, the predicaments shown has shifted. This time the four combatants are shown being bested by their opposition. The clips consist of the four participants being taken to the ground and then taunted, but each man stands back up and then bests their opponent fueled by sheer intensity and determination. This is signifying that each man will not stay down, and will continue onwards toward their goals until they have successfully completed whatever task is at hand. Nothing is able to keep them down.
The four combatants are now shown beating down and defeating numerous opponents that they’ve faced in the past. Clips include Kaleb Shadix deviously implementing trickery into his matches to dethrone his opposition, Nick Pickles relying on Bubba to wear down an opponent for easy pickings, Showtime delivering numerous Season Enders to opponents, and Jay T. Nitro eliminating foes and winning the WarZone Royal Rumble alongside Tito Capaci and Jason Dread back in UWC.
Instead of the standard four-quadrant set-up that displayed each combatant along with the titles that they’ll be vying for at SuperMania III: United Power, the screen is now purely engulfed in the image of one of Kaleb Shadix’s ramblings. That soon fades into a clip of Showtime talking down to some of his opponents while sitting by his precious item Fire. Now, altering to a sight of Nick Pickles, the wealthy marvel is seen sitting in a country club surrounded by his fellow wealthy friends while berating some of his opponents. Finally, footage of Jay T. Nitro is seen. The “Current Big Thing” is seen telling off one of his opponents while surrounded by Jason Lee and Brad Armstrong, the two young individuals he just happens to train.
Footage from The Road to SuperMania III on April 26th, 2007 is shown featuring a tag team match consisting of the team of Mr. Showtime and Flying Diamond Cutter Man going against Kaleb Shadix and Lestat. Showtime and Kaleb Shadix are seen staring one another down face to face, and then the two foes come to blows. Then, fast forwarding to footage from The Road to SuperMania III on May 17th, 2007, Mr. Showtime is seen delivering a Season Ender to Kaleb Shadix, laying him completely out.
Old footage of UWW is shown -- the same federation that all Jay T. Nitro, Nick Pickles, and Showtime we’re previously apart of. They’ve all came to blows their, as well. Nick Pickles is seen prevailing victories over a somewhat inexperienced at the time Jay T. Nitro, and Jay T. Nitro has a look of shock and surprise evident on his face. He looks over a the ref and questions what happened, but the referee assures him that Nick has won. Nick can be seen backpedaling up the ramp with a large smirk on his face while looking back at a dismayed Jay T. Nitro in the ring.
More UWW footage is displayed, and this time a match between Jay T. Nitro and Mr. Showtime is showcased. Just like what happened in his match against Nick Pickles, Jay T. Nitro, was beaten by the charismatic Showtime. Showtime is seen celebrating after his victory over Nitro, and again Nitro is shown in state of shock and awe over what has just transpired. Nitro pumps his fist and plans to extract revenge while Showtime disappears to the backstage area having successfully defeated the uprising Nitro in impressive fashion.
The rather short rivalry between Nick Pickles and Kaleb Shadix is showcased. Their first encounter from Spring Breakage is highlighted where Kaleb acquired a victory of the rich Nick Pickles, but it was surrounded by controversy as King Cobra made his presence known and placed Shadix’s body over Pickles’. The two are then shown trash talking one another from week to week, and then Pickles dropping his bombshell about the loophole he discovered to get a shot at Jay T. Nitro without having to go through Shadix is shown. Nick flashes a content smile after the news while Kaleb just looks on distraught, but mouths the words “I’ll get you, just wait”.
The final lyrics of the song are sang, and as they are various clips of Jay T. Nitro running rampant through the wrestling industry is shown. High-caliber wins over tough opponents and notorious title wins are showcased. Footage of his World Title wins in UWW, UWL, and UWC are all showcased. SuperMania I footage is now shown, displaying his tag team victory and UWC Tag Team Title win. Then, his winning of the UWC World Championship is shown that occurred at SuperMania II when he pinned Tito Capaci. Finally, footage of his Television Title win back in UWC is shown, elevating him as the first Grand Slam Champion in UWC history. Followed by that is footage of Kaleb Shadix’s POW Television Title win as he defeated former holder Black. Breaking Benjamin’s “Blow Me Away” not ended, and so did the montage. The POW logo and information about this week’s upcoming SuperMania III event now appeared on screen, and it was made known that to figure out exactly what would happen during the matches all including Shadix, Showtime, Pickles, and Nitro, all that you have to do is order the event and watch it live. It’s sure to be spectacular, so don’t miss it!

They fall in line
One at a time
Ready to play
I can’t see them anyway
One at a time
Ready to play

No time to lose
We’ve got to move
Steady your hand
I am losing sight again

Fire your guns
It’s time to run
Blow me away
I will stay unless I may

There’s nothing left
So save your breath
Lying and wait
Caught inside this tidal wave
