As the scene fades into focus, we see Travis Brown, the brand new POW: New England Openweight Champion closing the door to his rental car. He grabs his title and slings it over his shoulder. He seems to be slightly distraught, yet confident in what he is about to do. We see that he is walking through the open doors of a building. As Travis makes his way through the hallways he is stopped by a security officer.
"Is there a problem, Officer?" Travis asks.
"Where is your credentials?" he replies.
"Credentials? What do you mean?"
"I mean, you need to go see Lara at the reception desk and show her some ID. Then, you can get passed this check point."
"Oh, alright. I guess I'll do that. Where is the reception desk?"
"Around the corner and to the right. You can't miss it...actually, I wonder how you missed it the first time you came in."
"I'm a bit tired, sir. Not to mention, I had a match last night."
"Oh yeah, your one of those professional wrestlers! I remember seeing you on TV a few weeks ago."
Travis half heartedly gives the officer a smile. He knows exactly what is coming next. An autograph? He checks his pockets, but he doesn't have a pen. I guess that is out of the question then.
"Yeah, I've been wrestling in Power On Wrestling for the past few weeks."
"Is it real?" the officer asks.
"What do you mean?" Travis replies in a curious manner.
"You know what I mean..."
The officer winks and then kiddingly pushes Travis.
"Oh, wrestling?"
"Yeah, is it real?"
Travis Brown is unsure of how to answer this question. Some of his peers would gladly offer a quick chop to the chest of anyone willing to recieve it just to prove wrestlings legitamacy.
"It's pre-determined. However, everything we do in the ring is risky. We always have a shot at being hurt."
The officer goes from wide eyed to subdued. He then nods and points around the bend.
"Like I said, find Lara and get her to give you the credentials" he says.
Travis Brown turns around and begins to walk down and around the hallway. He sees the receptionist desk and begins to approach it. A young woman is behind it currently helping another man. Travis stands behind the other man, forming a two person line. He looks at his watch. Eleven in the morning.Wow, it's early. It seems like he's been up for hours. The man in front of him is done. Travis walks up to the desk.
"Hi, my name is Lara from WKRX Radio. How may I help you?" she says with a smile.
"My name is Travis Brown, from POW. I have an interview upstairs and I need credentials to go up."
"Okay, let me check my computer..."
Lara begins to type information into the computer.
"Ah yes, Mr. Brown. Let me just see some ID and you can be on your way."
Travis looks in his pocket for his wallet. He doesn't have it with him.
"Well, you see...I don't have my wallet on me. All I have is this 8x10 promotional picture of me in my bag."
Travis Brown opens his bag and pulls it out.
"If this doesn't prove who I am, I don't know what does" he says with a smirk.
She begins to laugh.
"Your funny. Okay, I'm not supposed to do this...but I'll make an exception."
Lara hands him a pass and a sheet of paper.
"Thanks!"
Travis Brown is late so he darts down the hallway and shows the officer. He is waved through and he jumps in an open elevator. He looks at the piece of paper she gave him. It has her phone number. He blushes as the door opens and he is on the third floor. A producer grabs him and rushes him to the studio and puts a headset on him. The radio DJ is still talking.
DJ:
And that was "White Wedding" by Billy Idol. Ladies and gentlemen,we have been hyping up the in studio appearance of Travis Brown all morning. POW Superstar and Openweight Champion...it's good to have you on the show.
Travis:
Travis Brown is glad to be here.

Travis:
Well, Mr. Brown is here to plug the POW:NE territory and his match tonight. T-Brown is teaming with the stoned raiders to fight the President and the CIA.
DJ:

Travis:

DJ:

Travis:
Sorry, T-Brown was unaware of the FCC rules and regulations.
DJ:
It's okay. Now, before we run out of time- tell us about your match.
Travis Brown:
Oh yeah. Travis Brown and the Stoned Raiders are going to be guaranteeing victory. There is no stopping this collection of 3 amazing athletes on their quest for greatness. Mr.Brown is currently the POW:NE Openweight Champion- he beat the President to win it too by the way. The Raiders are the future POW:NE Tag Team Champions. You cannot stop the three of these men from destroying the Government. There is no way we are going to lose. T-Brown wonders if their opponents will even show!
DJ:
Well, thats all the time we have.
The DJ shakes Travis Brown's hand and we fade to black as he looks at the paper that contains Lara's number.
"Is there a problem, Officer?" Travis asks.
