The crowd noise is at an all-time "Road To" high to start off a show as "kountry Gentlemen By Family Force 5 begins to play throughout the arena. The big screen shows highlights of the past four months from POW Midwest stars such as Shawn Stevens, Big Ci, Kaleb Shadix, and FDCM. The commentators for the Midwest territory, Alex Pilgrim and Tony Almanti start talking over the music as the camera cuts to the announcers' ringside table.
Pilgrim: Wrestling fans, welcome back to Power On Wresting! POW just had it's biggest night in history, bar none and boy, do we have some great memories from that event last week! As always, I'm Alex Pilgrim and with me is the number one rated Power On Wrestling Bad Boy, Tony Almanti!
Almanti: It is an absolute pleasure to be here, Alex. And you're damn right, SuperMania III was amazing. Some of the greatest wrestling I have ever seen!
Pilgrim: But the headline of the night, is Power On Wrestling has named it's first ever, Power On Wrestling WORLD Heavyweight Champion! Flyign Diamond Cutter Man did the improbable by defeating Tito Capaci to unify the UWC World Heavyweight Championship and the former UWL World title!
Almanti: POW couldn't lose here. We all knew it was going to be a great match and it didn't disappoint. And whether it was FDCM or Mr. Capaci, we were going to have a world champ this company could be proud of.
Pilgrim: Absolutely. Another huge, huge match was Shawn Stevens defending his title against Dave Hunter who came to unify the POW Midwest Heavyweight title with the UWC International Championship. Stevens had his hands full here.
Almanti: He sure as hell did and I was pulling for Hunter the whole way, but I'll give Stevens credit. He finds a way to win damn near every time and he pulled one out here.
Pilgrim: But perhaps the most controversial ending to a match happened in the Kailus Holmes victory over Rich Morrison. I'm no fan of Morrison, but he clearly got his foot on the rope well before the three count.
Almanti: A travesty is what it is. I demand a rematch! I'm in no position to demand such a thing, but that's what I want damn it!
Almanti: Controversy ran rampant at SuperMania III. George Duke, the only POW Valor Champion this company has known lost the Valor Title by disqualification. It's plain as day that you can lose the belt via DQ, but that isn't the way the fans want to see a long-standing champion go out, Tony.
Almanti: Absolutely not, but in the end, that's just the wa.....
”Life Wasted” hits the arena and Eddie Jones makes his way to the ring wearing a Ramones t-shirt and a pair of jeans. The crowd screams with approval, intrigue, and slight confusion. Eddie’s hair is pulled back into a ponytail and in his left hand is a microphone. He stops at the top of the ramp and raises the microphone high into the air.
Pilgrim: I don't believe what I'm seeing!
Almanti: It's the greatest champion in the history of Lion's Road!
Pilgrim: Capaci promised one, maybe two huge Lion's Road stars would be joining in May, but I had no idea it was going to be the biggest star of all!
Almanti: Correction, Alex. It's now Maple Leaf Wrestling. I know it's hard to keep up with someone who has more name changes than Mick Foley, but we strive for truth here in POW.
He continues down the ramp as the crowd continues to stare with shock. Eddie rolls under the bottom rope and gets in the center of the ring. He takes in the roar of the crowd for a minute.
Eddie: Finally, I have made my way to Power On Wrestling. For a long time, I have watched as POW grew to a new level. I saw the first couple shows, sitting out there among you, the fans.
I watched in envy, at the talent that seemed to flock to POW. I saw POW fill up arenas around the Midwest. I eventually saw POW expand to New England. I watched from my own little apartment in Canada. I waited for an opportunity to come to POW.
Tito Capaci finally contacted me and asked if I could come to POW. At first, I was hesitant. Yes, it had been my dream. But when it was almost a reality, I didn't know what to say. I told him I'd have to think about it. I told him I didn't know.
Pilgrim: This place is on pins and needles here, folks. Eddie Jones has these people in the palms of his hands.
Almanti: If you wanted a big name with big-time independent wrestling credentials, this is the guy, Alex. The crowd knows this.
Eddie: I dodged the question for a month or so. Finally, after Mr. Capaci asked for the third or fourth time, I finally gave him my word. I told Tito I would come to POW. Now, a couple weeks later, here I am. Here I am, ready to prove myself to you all.
The crowd cheers
Pilgrim: The former Lion's Road champ is here to make some noise, that much is for sure.
Almanti: There is no doubt that Eddie Jones could shake up the title picture here in Power On Wrestling.
Eddie: I know a lot of people discredit me for my run in Lion's Road, they call me a paper champion. They say I wasn't worthy of the title.
They're right, I wasn't worthy of the title. Not when I won it, not in October. I was too green, too inexperienced. I didn't have the respect of my fellow wrestlers and the fans.
That's why I came here, to prove myself. I've evolved since I won the Lion's Road title. I have become a better leader, a better wrestler, a better man. I have been humbled, and I have been defeated. I have been shown that not everything is handed to you on a silver platter.
I am here to earn my way, and prove that I have the ability to step it up, and wrestle with the top dogs. I am here to show that I can top the best in the world. Because that's what's here in POW, the best.
And I plan on beating them all.
Eddie drops his mic and climbs out of the ring, leaving the screaming fans behind.
Pilgrim: Hang on to your hats, folks, Eddie Jones has made one hell of an POW entrance!
Almanti: I know some guys in the back that are not happy to see this development!

Pilgrim: Folks, we've just gotten started here in Kansas City. We're live in the Ameristar Casino's Star Pavilion and fireworks have already exploded.
Almanti: This took everybody by surprise. Nobody saw this one coming. I still can't believe that Eddie Jones signed a wrestling contract with Power On Wrestling.
Pilgrim: Well believe it, Tony. It happened and all we have to do now is sit back and enjoy the ride.
"Death Rides A Horse" by Ennio Morricone begins to play throughout the arena as George Duke steps out from behind the curtain wearing a Royal Blue robe. He starts to make his way to the ring, doing his best to ignore the crowd reaction until he realizes he is being followed. He turns around and sees Lestat making his way right behind hiim, much to the delight of the crowd.
Pilgrim: Well, we have an interesting situation here. None of these men knew, hell, we didn't know who the partners in this match were going to be up until this moment. It looks like Lestat is going to be teaming up with George Duke here. This should be an interesting team to say the least.
Almanti: I'm not sure that Lestat has the stomach to be Duke's partner, Alex. Duke is willing to do just about anything to win a match, including nailing his opponent over the head with a royal scepter.
Pilgrim: Yeah, Tony. That antick got him disqualified and cost him the POW Valor Title at SuperMania. He may want to rethink that option again.
Duke and Lestat start to argue as they both finish making their way to the ring. They continue to argue as Duke takes off his blue robe and hands it to an attendant outside the ring. Their attention is turned however, when the lights go completely out for several seconds as Scarecrow by Criss Angel begins to play over the PA system.
Pilgrim: And with these antics, it can only mean that Shadow is to blame here.
Almanti: To blame? What do you mean, to blame? You like he's done something wrong.
When the lights come back on, Shadow's "partner" King Cobra is sprawled across the middle of the ring, drenched in blood. Duke looks over at the Cobra's body and at the laughing Shadow.
Pilgrim: I told you he was up to something!
Almanti: What do you mean? It's his damn partner on the ground!
Pilgrim: It doesn't matter, Tony. Shadow is crazy. Period. An explanation is not needed!
Tanner Dutton is totally clueless as to how to best handle this situation so he just calls for the bell.
ding-ding
SECRET PARTNERS MATCH King Cobra and Shadow vs. Lestat and George Duke
Lestat has seen enough and steps through the ropes and charges as Shadow who sticks his foot up and nails Lestat with a big boot. Shadow points at Duke and then points to Cobra's body as if telling Duke to pin the man.
Pilgrim: What the hell?
Almanti: It looks like Shadow isn't here for wins and losses. He has other agendas.
Cobra does indeed go for the pin, watching Shadow's moves very closely as Shadow bends down and gets some of the bloodbath liquid off of Cobra's body as Dutton starts the count!
1.......
2..........
3!!!!!!!!!!
Shadow walks over to Lestat and makes the symbol of a cross on Lestat's forehead with Cobra's blood. Duke stands to his feet in disgust himself watching Shadow do this.
Pilgrim: You know you've gone too damn far when even George Duke has a look of disgust on his face.
Almanti: Perhaps so, but he's made his point. That much is for sure.

Pilgrim: Welcome back fans, up next is a tag team match featuring the POW Television Champion, Kaleb Shadix..... Almanti: And his partner Rich Morrison.... Pilgrim: Against Joey Harris and Scott Lanegan.
"Trip Like I Do" by Filter hits as Scott Lanegan and Joey Harris come out together. The duo walk down the ramp highfiving fans before sliding into the ring. Each pose on a turnbuckle as the music fades.
Huff: In the ring now, the team of Scott Lanegan and "The Natural" Joey Harris. Pilgrim: Scott Lanegan makes his official POW debute here and does he have a full plate tonight. He and Harris have their work cut out for them.
The arena goes dark, and suddenly Adema's "The Way You Like It" begins. As the lights flicker back on, Kaleb Shadix and Rich Morrison are already emerging from the back. At the top of the ramp, they smirk and then begin walking down the ramp. The lights go out, and then come back on repeatedly as Kaleb and Rich make their way down the ramp, only catching mere glimpses of them.
Huff: Making their way to the ring, they refer to themselves as Excellence Personified....Rich Morrison and the POW Television Champion, Kaleb Shadix!
As the lights continue flashing on and off, the pair finally makes it to the ring. Kaleb leaps up onto the ring apron and then steps through the middle and top ring ropes. As Rich walks up the stairs they both enter the ring and do their signature poses. Shadix hands off the POW Television Title belt to Benny Lawson as Harris and Lanegan get into the ring. Rich looks at his opponents and laughs. He points to them and tells Shadix to take them both. Shadix smiles and agrees.
Almanti: Looks like Rich is leaving all the work to Shadix. Pilgrim: Because Rich Morrison is a coward. Almanti: No, it's obvious Shadix can take both of them.
Kaleb Shadix and Rich Morrison vs. Scott Lanegan and Joey Harris
Harris starts out the match against Shadix as Morrison and Lanegan take their respective corners. Lawson calls for the bell. Shadix and Harris start circling each other. Morrison is standing on the apron telling Shadix to make it quick. Shadix laughs and locks up with Harris. Joey grabs an arm wringer and turns it into a hammer lock. Shadix tries a couple of elbows with his free arm but can't connect. Harris has the hold locked on effectivly. But Shadix spins out and turns and clotheslines Harris to the mat. Shadix picks up Harris and whips him into the corner. He followes and hits a huge running back elbow then immediatly grabs Harris' head and hits a bulldog. He makes the cover.
1......kickout!
Pilgrim: Shadix trying to wrap this one up quickly, but Harris showing it wasn't enough to keep him down.
Shadix grabs Harris by the head and pulls him over to Rich and tags him in. Shadix picks up Harris and holds him over his knee as if for a backbreaker. Rich pulls himself into the ring and hits an elbow drop on Harris forcing him across the knee of Shadix. Shadix heads to the apron as Morrison starts to work on Harris. He picks him up slowly and drops him right back down with a neckbreaker. Rich slides back over and tags Shadix back in. The pair pick Harris up and whip him into the ropes as he comes back they pick him up almost for a flapjack but then turn it into a spinebuster. Both follow with a pair of knee drops to the ribs of Harris. Lawson forces Rich out of the ring as Shadix covers Harris.
1........
2..........Kickout!
Pilgrim: Again Shadix and Morrison working on the smaller man. They don't want Lanegan in as the fresh man and the bigger man. Almanti: Rich Morrison and Kaleb Shadix don't fear anyone. Look at them. They are the best pair in POW today. Pilgrim: What about Shawn Stevens and Lance Erikson? We get to see them in action tonight as well.
Harris reaches for a tag to Lanegan but Shadix pulls him back to the middle of the ring and kicks the back of his head. Shadix picks up Harris but Harris hits a desperation DDT. Both men are down. Shadix reaches to tag in Morrison but Harris reaches for Lanegan. Both men crawl and dive to their partners. Shadix gets Morrison and Rich runs in and grabs the leg of Harris but Harris hops to his other leg and hits a back kick. Rich lets go and Harris dives and tags Lanegan. The fresh man comes in and hits a shoulder block on Rich. Rich gets back up to get another shoulder block. Lanegan picks up Rich and lifts him into a suplex. Shadix comes back and tries to help Rich but Harris comes flying into the ring with a crossbody and takes out Shadix as Lanegan drops Rich. Lanegan covers Rich as Harris covers Shadix.
1..........
2..........
KICKOUT!
Both men kick out as Harris and Lanegan realize they are now in command of the match. Harris shoves Shadix from the ring. Harris climbs to the apron and calls for the tag. Lanegan tags him in and the pair pick up Morrison. They whip him towards the ropes but he grabs the ropes and slides from the ring and talks with Shadix. Harris tells Lanegan drop down in front of the ropes. Harris runs off the ropes as Lanegan drops, Harris uses Lanegan as a lift to hop onto his back then the top rope and out of the ring towards Shadix and Morrison. Shadix sees Harris coming and shoves Morrison back and rolls back himself letting Harris to crash on the floor.
Pilgrim: OOOOH! Joey Harris went for it all but Shadix save his and Morrison's asses. Almanti: That's just great ring awareness.
Rich goes and grabs Harris and whips him into the barrier. Lanegan sees what happened and goes to slide out of the ring. Lawson goes and tells Morrison to leave Harris alone because Morrison isn't the legal man. Rich holds up his hands trying to say he did nothing wrong. Behind the ref's back Shadix takes his POW TV title and runs it right into the head of Lanegan on the outside of the ring. Lanegan falls to the floor holding his skull. Shadix tosses the belt from view and goes and throws Harris into the ring. Morrison climbs onto the apron as Lawson slides into the ring. Shadix points at Morrison as he picks up Harris. Shadix hit's the Replica by mimicking Morrison's Queens Cutter '03. Morrison claps in approval. Shadix rolls Harris over and Lawson makes the count.
1.............
2.............
3!!!!
Winners via pinfall at 12:47 Kaleb Shadix and Rich Morrison.
Almanti: Shadix used his own partner's finishing manuver, but this match is over. Pilgrim: Valient effort by Harris and Lanegan but Shadix using the title belt to knock out Lanegan left an already weakened Harris out of luck. Lanegan pulls himself to his feet to see Rich and Kaleb celebrating. He grabs a steel chair and slides into the ring. Shadix and Morrison slide out both relishing the fact they just pulled a fast on Lanegan.
Lawson walks over and hands Shadix his championship as he and Rich walk up the ramp. The two head to the back as Lanegan checks on Harris.
Pilgrim: There are a lot of folks in POW that are damn worried about how buddy-buddy these two have gotten. If they stick together, they could be one hell of an imposing force.
Almanti: They're pretty much an imposing force by themselves. But together....lookout folks.

Tito Capaci sits at his desk, milling over paper work when an angry knock on the door breaks his concentration.
TC: “Come in.”
George Duke appears, closing the door behind him.
TC: “What do you want?”
George looks at the boss for a moment, choosing his words carefully.
GD: “I want to talk business, Tito. I brought you something.”
George sets down a box of Duke Cigars on the desk. Tito looks at them, unimpressed.
TC: “Have a seat. What would you like to talk about?”
George sits and scratches his beard before speaking.
GD: “ I wanted to talk to you about my match at Supermania. Now, I know the Valor Title exchanges hands on a DQ. I know that. I know that I got caught using a weapon, thought it was after the fact and that in itself is questionable, but no matter. I got caught, I got disqualified – and I lost the title to Big Ci. My point is – why was I disqualified, when he should have been on several occasions? For starters, he attacked me before the bell, while my back was turned. It is not only cowardly, but against the rules. Within seconds of doing that, he threw me over the top rope and to the outside, which should be an immediate DQ. Later on, he did it again, and then he threw me over the guard rail and into the audience. Big Ci was using closed punches the entire match, as well as a number of other illegal things. Now, I’m not accusing anybody of playing favorites…”
TC: “ You god damn better well not.”
GD: “Well, let me finish. I’m not accusing anyone of playing favorites, BUT- I hate the idea of losing to Big Ci via DQ, when he did so many illegal things himself. How could the referee put two and two together so fast. He had just gotten up from an injury, he was groggy and he was in the process of counting a pinfall. My problem is – how did he see the bits of the broken scepter in Ci’s hair, know it was from the scepter, realize that I must have hit him with it AND DQ me in the span of less than a second? AND – if he was so blind to the other things that Ci did, how was he so astute about the one thing I did? It’s sady, but I’m not complaining.”
TC: “Then what are you doing here, George?”
GD: “Well, I want a rematch. No title on the line, I just want to resolve this once and for all. Me and Ci built some bad blood, and it wasn’t reseolved in that match, especially ending the way it did. No, I want him in a special match. Something brutal, something that will push us both to the limit and prove who the better man is. Something that will force us both to use our heads and there can only be one clear victor. I want Ci in a dog-collar match.”
Tito thinks for a moment before answering.
TC: “Well, George – why should I? I don’t have to give you anything.”
George leans in close.
GD: “Think of the money, Tito. Think of the draw a match like that would have, especially in the Midwest. These people remember that type of match – the TV ratings will soar, just to see some blood. Plus – there are two very good wrestlers involved, so they know they’ll get something good. AND, on top of that, it would settle this feud once and for all.”
TC: “ I see what you’re saying…”
George mumbles under his breath.
GD: “And… if I win, I could get another shot at the title.”
TC: “What was that?”
GD: “Huh? Oh! I was just saying that if I beat him in the dog collar match, that maybe I c-“
TC: “That’s what I thought. Now listen to me, George. You know as well as I do that a great business man makes informed and well-reasoned decisions."
GD: "Yeah, and?"
TC: "I'm going to reason this out. Lance Erikson has already been promised a crack at the Valor Title through his victory last week at SuperMania. At the same time, I do believe good champions deserve a rematch for their lost titles. I do believe you were a great Valor Champion, George, and I want to honor that. It's just going to take a week for me to sort everything out."
GD: "That's the best you can do? Wait and see? What kind of answer is that?"
TC: "It's better than 'no', right?"
GD: *mumbles* Damn it.......Alright, point taken. But next damn week, you better have an answer!"
TC: Yeah, yeah.
Duke, not totally happy with the waiting response, picks up his boxes of cigars and leaves the room. Capaci watches him leave, chuckles, pulls out another box of Cigars with a Cuban flag on the box and lights up a fat one.

The lights begin to fade into darkness, the arena decends into darkness for a few moments. The titantron flickers on, revealing images of various famous superstars fallen. Sprawled out on the mat, bloodied, bruised and beaten.
"Voice... voice... reason... reason... legacy... legacy..."
The images intensify, flashing faster and faster before finally a bright white light transforms the titantron screen to a location where small lamps are positioned vertically. A man with a hood stands in the center, rubbing his hands in anticipation.
"I am Kailus Holmes"
The haunting piano then begins to play and the lights return, covering the arena in a deep blood red. Kailus cockily makes his way out the ring, the hood covering his face. He stops at the entrance stage, looking around at the fans. The drum loop is nearing it's end, Kailus thrusts his hands up, signalling for not only the guitar of the song to kick in, but for a huge yellow light to cover the back of the stage, shining on the back of Holmes. As the light finally subsides, Kailus lowers his hands and slowly walks down the ramp.
Pilgrim: And here comes one of the most feared newcomers in all of Power On Wrestling, Kailus Holmes!
Almanti: He's new to POW, but he's not new to this sport. He may well have more world titles than the rest of the roster combined and he's coming off a huge victory over megastar, Rich Morrison.
Pilgrim: It's a victory that, from what I understand, is being reviewed by POW officials. I'm not exactly sure what that means.
Almanti: I guess we'll find out.
Kailus moves down the ramp, pointing to the fans by the guard rail, exchanging hatred filled words with them. He shocks another fan by flipping him off as he nears the bottom of the stage. Kailus stops once again at the apron and resume looking around to play to the crowd. He resumes his push to the ring, but taking his time he paces to the ring steps. Before making his way up to the ring ropes, he leans forward, placing his right hand on the ring steps and pulling himself up like an animal on the hunt. In one swift motion, he straightens his back and leans through the ropes.
Pilgrim: He is one imposing figure. He just exudes confidence.
Almanti: He's got a cocky attitude, but the credentials to back it up.
He moves to the centre of the ring, pacing. He leans forward, grabbing his hood. He jumps back up, removing the hood and thrusts his hands outwards, signalling for more lighting to flash from above the ring apron. The red dull glow of the lights dies out and returns back to the original lighting. As the guitar solo begins, Kailus is on the turnbuckle, pointing to the crowd and claiming that he is the greatest superstar in the history of professional wrestling.
Pilgrim: Holmes making a big arrival tonight! Almanti: He does that every week, you moron.
When "10,000 Fist" finally takes off after the low toned opening, Brian Lee walks out from the back giving fans a look as if he's ready to attack anyone who provokes him. He raises his "Wreck" sign in the air and slaps it a few times while nodding his head at the fans. Proceeding on towards the ring he finger points and yells at some of the members of the crowd. Once at the ring he walks up the stairs and then hangs his wreck sign on the ring post. He climbs up the post and raises his fist in the air and nods his head taking in the audiences reaction. He hops down into the ring and gets ready for the match.
Pilgrim: Lee looks ready! Almanti: He better be!
Tom McElvoy double checks both competitors and seems satisfied with what he sees as he calls for the bell!
ding-ding
Kailus Holmes vs. Brian Lee
The bell rings and both men move in. Lee comes in swinging, but Holmes avoids the punches, instead sliding in with a double-leg takedown. Lee gets to his feet and slams a knee to the gut, followed by a few right hands. Holmes reels back and catches a headbutt to the face. He falls to his knees, but avoids further damage by rolling out of danger. He gets to his feet and fends off his opponent with an Eye Rake. Lee stumbles back and gets hit with a scoop slam. Holmes races off the ropes and jumps high – knee drop to the face! Lee rolls around, cradling his face. Holmes stays on the attack, pulling his opponent to his feet and delivering a vertical suplex. He makes a cover.
1.....
2.......
Lee kicks out with force and scrambles to his feet. Holmes slides in behind him and locks in a sleeper.
Pilgrim: And Lee was able to kickout, but has found himself in another bad situation.
Almanti: Once Holmes gets in control of a match, it usually spells doom for his opponent. It's all up hill from here for Lee.
Lee fights to get free, but it’s no use. With his legs getting weak, he pushes back, crushing Holmes in the corner. Lee turns quickly and lands a wild haymaker, knocking Holmes to the mat. Lee steps back and regains his senses before putting the boots to his foe. Holmes slides out of the ring to safety, but Lee follows close behind. He steps out onto the apron and comes off with The Wrecking Ball! Both men spill onto the floor. Lee crawls over and begins choking Holmes. The referee is unsure what to do, so he begins his count.
1!
2!
3!
Lee brings Holmes to his feet and throws him onto the guardrail. With Holmes leaning against the rail, Lee delivers a series of big rights before pulling him forward and dropping to the floor with a Swinging Neckbreaker!
4!
5!
6!
Lee brings Holmes to his feet, and brings him back to the apron. Holmes shoves him forward, sending Lee colliding with the ring post. Holmes rolls back inside while Lee struggles to his feet.
7!
8!
9!
Lee makes it inside, but Holmes is waiting. He charges with a Running STO Takedown, taking Lee down hard. He locks on the Anaconda Vice Submission!
Pilgrim: This is an outstanding matchup so far, but Lee seems to be in trouble! Almanti: I’d say he is – he’s done!
Lee starts to wriggle loose, but Holmes abandons the hold and instead kicks Lee in the ribs. Lee writhes in pain as Holmes leaps up for another jumping knee drop. Lee moves out of the way, and Holmes drives his knee into the mat. He sits back and holds his leg while Lee scrambles to his feet. Lee brings Holmes to his feet and scoops him up. He carries the flailing Holmes to the ropes and drops him – Snake Eyes! Holmes is barely down on the mat when Lee drops down with an elbow and makes the cover with McElvoy right on top of it!
1.....
2.......
Holmes pushes his way out, but Lee stays in control. He slams a right hand into Kez’s skull.
Pilgrim: And now it's Brian Lee who has taken control of this match!
Almanti: I didn't think he had it in him! Lee is going to make a run at a huge victory for him!
Lee brings Holmes to his feet with a handful of hair and rears back and throws the Fist of F'n Fury – but Holmes manages to slap on a side headlock. Lee powers out of it and throws Holmes to the ropes. He comes bounding back with a clothesline, but Lee is waiting with one of his own. Both men collide and go down to the mat.
Pilgrim: Both men are down! Almanti: Waay ahead of you, Pilgrim.
The referee begins the count.
1!
2!
3!
4!
5!
Lee starts to get to his feet.
6!
7!
Holmes uses the ropes to get up. He turns in time to see Lee throwing a huge punch and sidesteps it. He comes up behind Lee and pushes him to the corner. He scoops him up with a schoolboy, promptly using the ropes for leverage. McElvoy doesn’t see, and makes the count.
1........
2.............
3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pilgrim: And Holmes continues his hot streak tonight!
Almanti: He's a force to be reckoned with. How long can Capaci keep him out of the Midwest Heavyweight Title picture?
Pilgrim: Why stop there? How long can he keep a man with his credentials out of the World Title picture?
Almanti: Wow. Flying Diamond Cutter Man versus Kailus Holmes. That has a certain ring to it, doesn't it?

Pilgrim: It looks like Mr. Holmes has something he wants to say.
Almanti: Imagine that. One of the POW egos wants a little more face time. That's alright. At least these guy doesn't sound like Bill from King of the Hill.
Pilgrim: Now, although this guy is somewhat of a hard to swallow kind of guy, he definetly is one of the best in POW.
Almanti: As much as I hate to admit it, but anybody that beats Rich Morrison in the ring is just that.
Pilgrim: But to be honest, Kailus did get a bit lucky from the unseeing eye of the referee.
Almanti: And Tannor paid the price for it!
Kailus rolls himself into the ring and snatches the microphone from the announcer and paces the ring, the entrance theme dying down. Benjamin now in the ring as well, using the steel steps to make his entrance.
Almanti: The crowd are continuing to show their hatred for this guy.
Kailus smiles cockily and puts the microphone up to his mouth.
Holmes: Well, thank you everybody for your irrelivent opinion.
They boo even louder, Kailus waving them off like a bad smell.
Holmes: You know, I stood in this very ring...
Kailus points to the canvas.
Holmes: And did exactly what I set out to do! I embarrassed Rich Morrison! And I did it at POW's biggest event to date!
Pilgrim: He does have a point.
Holmes: And to the delight of Benjamin Payne, I made Rich feel a small bit of pain and anger...
Kailus turned to Benjamin, who was applauding Holmes completely.
Holmes: But-
Suddenly, the crowd erupt as Kailus charges into Payne, crippling the slimy little man with a thunderous Spear. Kailus stands back up and smiles sadistically.
Almanti: What the hell?!
Pilgrim: Did we just see that?
Holmes: Payne, I told you that I didn't give a rats ass about you or Morrison, and I meant it, so consider our partnership terminated!
Payne is out cold. The crowd are loving it.
Holmes: At SuperMania 3, everybody says that I got lucky, that because of the incompitence of one referee, I got an easy win. Well, do you know what I say to those people?
Almanti: I dread to think!
Holmes: Prove it!
Pilgrim: What does he mean?
Holmes: That's right! I am challenging anyone to a match at Dixie Slampede! It's called the Kailus Holmes Open Invitational! Any superstar, from the Midwest or New England, to step into the ring with me and prove to the world that I got lucky. Anybody is welcome to try! Anyone is more than welcome to see if they can beat the best. Anyone is welcome to step up to the Next Level!
Pilgrim: I still cannot believe what we have just witnessed!
Almanti: Payne is not moving!
Holmes: The terms are simple. You pick the fight, I'll kick your ass. Dixie Stampede. Whoever wants to face me, simply accept my challenge! You now know the terms, so go ahead and try your luck!

Pilgrim: Ladies and gentlemen we are back and ready for a little bit of a grudge match.
Almanti: For whatever reason, Final Cut hasn't gotten along to well with Lance Erikson and Shawn Stevens. Someone gets to shut the hell up right here.
The crowd inside the Star Pavilion are hyped to the max having already seen an awesome display of wrestling action. The entire arena erupts into a chorus of boos, however as Lights, Camera, Action comes on the speakers as the lights go out a few lights of blue and orange are panning over the entranceway as a hooded Night and Daye both walk out Daye walks ahead and kneels down as Night turns around behind him. Night puts his hands in the air and the two lift their hoods at the same time as the lights comes on.
Richard Huff: Ladies and gentlemen… the following tag team attraction is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, making their way to the ring… from New York City… at a total combined weight of Five Hundred and eighty… two pounds. The team of Night and Daye… Final Cut!!!
They both walk down to the ring taunting fans along the way with their signature "close up" taunt. They get into the ring and get loose before the match.
Alex Pilgrim: Final Cut looking to make another box-office smash here tonight, eh Tony?
Tony Almanti: Maybe Alex… but that joke is straight to video
Final Cut talk strategy at the same time as Manny Salazar attempts to reiterate the rules to the duo, who are clearly disinterested by the referee’s reminders.
“Four Horsemen” by Metallica begins to play as the crowd cheer despite the fact that the man associated with the song is not usually one of the crowd’s favourites. This does not matter in this instance though as the crowd know what the man can do in the ring and the crowd’s dislike of Final Cut is great enough for them to give their support to the man.
The man is, of course, Lance Erickson, who steps boldly through the curtain. Whilst he is unaccustomed to fan support these days, the crowd reaction does not affect him. He walks down the ramp with intent and with purpose, his purpose; to defeat his opposition. He reaches ringside where he stands and awaits the arrival of his partner for the night. He takes off his glasses and trench coat and trades some smack-talk with the members of Final Cut as the lights go out and the logo of S³ appears on the screen.
The crowd buzz in anticipation of the Midwest Heavyweight Champions arrival as “Devotion and Desire” begins to play over the speaker system. The lights come back and we see Stevens stood on the stage. He looks at the crowd, who are going wild for the Midwest Champ, who looks back at the belt on his shoulder.
He walks down the ramp and is greeted by Erickson. The two look at each other and talk for a moment before the two direct their attention to the ring. Stevens and Erickson roll into the ring as Final Cut leave it. Lance Erickson paces in the ring keeping his eye on the opponents as Shawn Stevens plays to the crowd.
Richard Huff: And their opponents… at a total combined weight of Five Hundred and Three pounds… the team of Lance Erickson and the Current, reigning Midwest Heavyweight Champion… “Sensational” Shawn… Stevens!!!
Alex Pilgrim: This match is shaping up to be a hell of a contest Tony
Tony Almanti: No doubt Alex… all four men are wrestlers of the highest calibre and this match is gearing up to be a show stealer. Plus there are ramifications that transcend the match.
Alex Pilgrim: Indeed there are. On one team we have the Midwest Champion in Triple S, “Sensational” Shawn Stevens, and on the other team you have Night, who currently holds the “Triple A” medallion. We could have a prelude to a future main event on our hands tonight.
Tony Almanti: This match in its self is of main event quality. Let’s see what takes place.
Final Cut re-enter the ring and walks to the centre to receive instructions from many Salazar. Stevens and Erickson do the same. After receiving their orders both teams retreat to their respective corners to finalize their strategies. Manny Salazar calls for the opening bell!
ding-ding
Final Cut vs. Lance Erikson and Shawn Stevens
Both Lance Erickson and Daye leave the ring and Stevens and Night face of in the centre of the ring. Stevens, giving up eight inches to the massive Night, stands defiantly looking up at the behemoth, who just looks down laughing at Stevens. This continues for a few seconds before the two lock up.
Alex Pilgrim: Collar and elbow tie up… let’s see if the champ can match power with this giant
It is clear that Stevens is pushing with all his might, whilst Night is putting up little effort. After a few moments Night rears back and pushes Stevens away hard, sending him flying across the ring. Stevens regains his footing quickly. He is taken a back by this display of power as Night just stares at Stevens and laughs. Daye applauds his partner from the ring apron as Erickson yells at Stevens impatiently.
Tony Almanti: Awesome show of strength there by this imposing mass of humanity.
Stevens walks back to the centre of the ring and feints another lock up with the big man. This time, however, he catches him with a stiff kick to the abdomen which doubles the big man over, followed by a hard right hand to the face. Stevens repeats this combination and then runs the ropes. He come back and catches the big man with a clothesline which has little effect. He does this again and again it has little affect. On the third time of trying Night catches Stevens upon his return around the neck.
Alex Pilgrim: Chokeslam on its way here Tony
Tony: If he hit’s it this one could be over early
He signals for a chokeslam, however, before he can execute the move he is caught with a kick to the knee. Stevens escapes the grip and rubs his neck in relief. He kicks the big man in the knee again, dropping Night to one knee. He pulls Night towards his corner and tags Lance Erickson in. Lance enters the ring and he and Stevens pull the giant into their corner. They put the boots to him for a couple of seconds before Manny Salazar reprimands the champ for remaining in the ring illegally. Stevens exits the ring as Lance takes over. He pulls Night out of the corner and throws some forearms to the big mans head. Night steps backwards a little after the first three shots but before the fourth he pushes Erickson bag. Lance staggers back about a foot and a half before returning towards Night. Night, though, catches Lance with a standing big boot out of nowhere. The hard shot knocks Erickson down to the mat as Night heads to his corner. He tags in Daye who, with Lance down in the centre of the ring, heads to the top rope and leaps off with a hard elbow drop from the top.
Tony Almanti: This might be it Alex
Daye makes the cover as Manny Salazar drops down to count the fall.
1…
2…
Kick out!
Erickson gets the arm up as Daye stands up quickly and takes Erickson by the hair. He pulls him into the corner and rears back with a hard knife-edge chop, the sound of which reverberates throughout the Star Pavilion
Crowd: Woooooo!!!
Daye chops Erickson’s chest again
Crowd: Woooooo!!!
Daye chops the chest a third time
Crowd: Woooooo!!!
This time, after chopping Erickson’s chest again Daye basks in the crowd reaction, copying them by giving them a “Woooooo!!!” of his own. This gives Lance time to recover, though, and he pulls Daye into the corner. Lance fires some quick-fire forearms to the face of Daye. He then rears back and plants Daye with a chop of his own
Crowd: Woooooo!!!
Lance whips Daye into the opposite corner with such a force that he is forced back to the centre of the ring where Lance catches him with a hard clothesline which knocks him down. Lance picks Daye off the mat and scoop slams him. He measures him and lands a perfect standing knee drop. He makes the cover
1…
2…
Kick out!
Lance picks up Daye and suplexes him. Again he attempts the cover.
1…
2…
Kick out!
This time the kick out frustrates Lance who hooks the lag and head tight and attempts another pin
1…
2…
Kick out!
Lance stays on his knees for a moment looking frustrated. He picks Daye up again and wraps his arms around his midsection. He runs Daye into his team’s corner and buries a couple of hard shoulders into the abdomen. He tags in Stevens again who willingly takes over on Daye. He drags him out of the corner and executes a back drop. Stevens covers Daye quickly.
1…
2…
Kick out!
Stevens does not let the kick out phase him as he quickly takes hold of Daye’s legs. He wraps Daye’s legs in the “Psycho lock” and applies pressure as Daye screams and winces in pain. The arch on Daye’s back is almost vomit inducing as the Midwest Champion wrenches on the hold. Daye is close to submitting but Night enters the ring illegally and kicks Stevens in the head. Ignoring Manny Salazar’s shouts for order, Night takes Stevens around the neck and flings him into the corner. He splashes him in the corner and watches him fall to the mat
Alex Pilgrim: Someone has got to get control of that man. He is showing a blatant disregard for the rules and someone has got to stop him.
Tony: Do you want to stop him Pilgrim… no I didn’t think so. Night is just showing why he is the holder of that Triple A medallion.
Night exits the ring finally as Daye cover Stevens.
1…
2…
Kick out just before 3!
With this Night re-enters the ring and heads for Stevens. He is met half way by lance Erickson who enters the ring to even the odds. Lance throws forearms at the monstrous Night who fires back with hard right hands. Night catches Lance with a stiff knee to the gut. He whips Lance into Lance’s corner and attempts a splash on Erickson. As Night approaches, though, he is caught with a low drop kick to the knee and he hits his head on the middle turnbuckle pad. Night staggers back to his feet but he is still dazed, more so than if he had hit just the turnbuckle. Lance checks and sees that many Salazar is pre-occupied with Stevens and Daye on the other side of the ring as Daye has Stevens locked in a Camel Clutch.
Seeing this Lance reaches inside the turnbuckle cover and produces his brass knucks’. That is why Night was so affected by hitting the turnbuckle.
Tony Almanti: There were brass knuckles in that turnbuckle cover Alex… that’s against the rules.
Alex Pilgrim: So is entering the ring illegally and tossing a guy around Tony… what goes around comes around.
With the referee still occupied with the Camel clutch, Erickson takes the opportunity to use the knucks’ to his advantage, drilling Night in the head with them, knocking him against the ropes. Lance tucks the knucks’ inside his tights and then clotheslines the woozy Night, his momentum carrying both him and Night out of the ring to the floor.
Meanwhile Daye still has Stevens in the Camel Clutch on the other side of the ring. With all his might Stevens reaches out for the bottom rope, barely grazing it with his fingers. This is enough for many Salazar to call for the break. Daye, though, refuses to break the hold, wrenching on it even more. Salazar begins his count
1…
2…
3…
4…
…
Reluctant to end such a great match by disqualification, Salazar decides to exercise his discretion and instead force the hold to be broken by wrenching at Daye’s arms. Salazar is successful but Daye takes exception to the breaking of the hold in such a manner. He challenges Salazar who reprimands Daye. Daye shoves Salazar to the ropes. Salazar, not unfamiliar with Daye’s sort, doesn’t not back down from the cocky, crass young up start, instead, he shoves Daye right back, reminding him that he is the referee and that he will be adhered to. Daye looks around at the crowd smiling sourly. Suddenly Daye rears back and slaps Salazar hard in the face, knocking him to the mat.
Salazar holds his face in shock and pain. Salazar rises to his feet, though, his shock slowly turning to anger as his fiery Latino pride and temper begins to burn over. Despite being much smaller than Daye, Salazar stares at his antagonist, a fire raging in his eyes. Without word he tears of his referees shirt and throws it down. It looks as if he is going to strike but at the last second he remembers himself and remembers that he has a family to feed and that to strike a wrestler in a match he is supposed to be officiating would indeed cost him his job and his credibility as a governing official.
Instead he does what he can do… he picks up his shirt and calls for the bell. Shouting at Richard Huff the result of the match
Richard Huff: Ladies and gentlemen… Manny Salazar has decreed that due to abuse of an official and refusal to break a submission hold when instructed to… Daye, and so his entire team, is disqualified!!!
The crowd go crazy for this call as Daye flies into a fit of rage. He head for Salazar who bolts out of the ring.
Richard Huff: Therefore your winners… the team of Lance Erickson and The Midwest Heavyweight Champion… Sensational… Shawn Stevens
Pilgrim: Lance Erikson and Shawn Stevens remain undefeated. Almanti: Oh goody.
Erikson and Stevens hug in celebration of beating Final Cut as the referee hands Stevens his two championship belts. As the fans cheer a familiar voice is heard in the arena.
Voice: Not so fast Shawn.
Out on the stage steps Rich Morrison and Kaleb Shadix. Shadix has the POW Television Championship over his shoulder and Morrison has a microphone in hand. Stevens and Erikson lean on the top rope facing the stage.
Rich: You and I aren't done yet. We have a match coming up, and I was sitting in the back thinking. You two are undefeated in tag team matches, and Shadix and I are also undefeated as a team. So how about next week we find out just who the better team is? You two against us two.
Stevens leans over and whispers something to Erikson, Erikson nods back agreeing with whatever Stevens said. Erikson turns and calls for a mic. Huff tosses one into the ring and Erikson catches it.
Lance: You two want to face Shawn and I next week? Rich: That is what I said.
Stevens grabs the mic out of Erikson's hand.
Shawn: Consider your challenge accepted. Lance and I will remain undefeated next week.
The crowd pops for the announcement of the match for next week.
Pilgrim: Well one of these teams will remain undefeated next week. Almanti: Thank you Captain Obvious. But what if there is a double disqualification? Or double count out? Pilgrim: Under normal circumstances one of these teams will remain undefeated.
The four men stare each other down as Stevens tosses the microphone back to Richard Huff.

The POW camera fades in and Fire and Silver, one of the newest members of the POW roster, can be seen arguing in the backstage area.
Fire: Fine you want me to agree to let you go at Shadow? Then I will give you free reign on one condition.
Silver: Yes Lady Fire?
Fire: You beat me in a wrestling match next week right here in POW and I will let you go after Shadow.
Silver: That's too good to be true. What's in it for you? What iif you win, Lady Fire?
Fire: Then you will be Mr. Showtime's and my personal butler for two months. Agreed?
Silver: (Hesitates at first then smiles) Yes, Lady Fire. I accept.
Fire: Good now go home and pack!
Silver nods to Fire and walks away.
Fire: This could either be a great deal for me or I will end up killing that kid.

"Sad But True" by Metallica begins to play and the lights dim as a strobe light pours over the entrance area. The curtain opens and Jeska Eagles makes her way onto the stage with a big smile on her face as the crowd boos loudly.
Pilgrim: And here we go, folks. Match three in a best of five series. It's currently tied at one win a piece.
Almanti: These two men don't like each other one little bit and just to add to the heat between these two, Mr. Capaci has added a title shot to the winner of the series.
She then signals to the curtain and Josh makes his way out too an even bigger boo and he walks over and grabs Jeska by the hand and raises her hand into the air. Josh and Jeska then walk to the ring hand in and. When they reach the ring Jeska runs up the stairs and parts the ropes for Josh to get through and he does then heads to the first turnbuckle and strikes an arrogant pose and awaits the start of the match.
Pilgrim: Josh Eagles is a lightning rod no matter where he goes, and he has certainly causes a stir alredy in POW.
Almanti: Great wrestlers always do, Pilgrim.
The lights begin to alternate between dark blue and crimson red as "His World" begins to fill the arena...The crowd stands to their feet and give a huge ovation for their favorite POW ninja!
Pilgrim: And here comes none other than Reck Maverick. This man has stolen the hearts of the POW faithful. Listen to this crowd!
Almanti: He's used the ninja mind trick, waiving that hand in front of the audience and everything, these week minded fools!
Over the music the sound of a flute can be heard... it's a familiar tune: The fanfare of the DragonZord!! Doooo - Do, Do - Do Di Doooo! Suddenly a puff of smoke explodes in front of the curtain and Reck Maverick appears out of thin air. He stands in a cool ninja pose for a second, his eyes darting back and forth and his Dragon Armour and Shredder helmet glimmering in the light then he breaks into a traditional ninja run as he quickly dashes to the ring and dives between the first and second ropes. Maverick doesn't stop and complete the rest of his intro. He immediately runs and starts pounding Josh with hard right hands which takes Eagles completely by surprise. The lights come back to full quickly, but the music guy is a little surprised and can't find the stop button for a few seconds. Tom McElvoy hurridly calls for the opening bell.
ding-ding
BEST OF FIVE SERIES: MATCH 3 (Series tied 1-1) Reck Maverick vs. Josh Eagles
Pilgrim: And Reck wastes no time here! He's ready to get to work!
Almanti: See, if Eagles would have started the match like that would have been all about how it was par for the course for a cheater.
Pilgrim: Hey, what goes around comes around.
Almanti: You better hope so, wearing that 1970's style suit.
Reck has fired enough right hands that he has Eagles in the corner. Reck jumps up on the middle turnbuckle and looks at the crowd who cheers emphatically as he stands over Eagles and delivers hard punches. The crowd counts along with the punches!
1!
2!
3!
4!
But at four, Eagles wraps his arms around the base of Maverick and lifts him off the turnbuckle. He walks forward a few steps and then drops, sending Maverick's body toward the ring post. Maverick's head drills the top turnbuckle, which makes the crowd gasps when they see his neck snap back.
Almanti: You see that, Alex? That's a man with ring presence!
Pilgrim: And zero regard for human life!
Eagles gets to his feet and puts his hand to his lip. When he pulls it out, he notices that Reck has already drawn blood with his punches. Now infuriated, Eagles jumps on Maverick and starts a blatant choke and McElvoy gives Eagles the five count. Eagles relinquishes the hold just before the disqualifying count. He gets to his feet and lifts Reck up by my his mask. Josh hammerthrows Maverick into the ropes. When Maverick comes off, Josh nails a huge flying shoulder tackle. Maverick hits the ground hard and grabs his chest, the point of impact from Eagles' contact. Josh gets up and yells something at Reck.
Pilgrim: Wow, Josh Eagles is really on a tear. I think he wants this one.
Almanti: They both do. It's none of this, who wants it more BS you always give us. These are two evenly matched guys. If they fought 100 times I wouldn't be surprised to see the series end 50 and 50.
Eagles moves in and takes one of Maverick's legs and hits a hard elbow drop on the knee. He repeats the step again. And again. And again! And again!
Pilgrim: And now it looks like Eagles is going to work on the leg of Reck Maverick. What do you think of that plan, Mr. Almanti?
Almanti: I'll tell you once I see if it worked or not.
Josh Eagles grabs the leg one more time, but this time wraps it around slaps on an inverted figure four leglock, putting a lot pressure on the already tender knee of Reck Maverick. McElvoy gets down to Maverick's level and asks if he wants to quit, but Maverick just shakes his head "no." Maverick really starts shaking his head in total pain, but won't quit. He tries to make his way to the rope, but just as he gets close, Eagles muscles him out and pulls the hold to the center of the ring.
Pilgrim: And now Eagles has great ring control here, Tony. And if this keeps up, Maverick may have more to worry about that match five. He may be dealing with serious knee damage.
Almanti: There's no quit in him though. The knee will have to pop before he gives up.
Eagles tightens the hold, and really puts in some torque to his hold. McElvoy again asks if Maverick wants to call it quits and again, Reck refuses. Reck holds up his fist and starts asking for the crowd to help him out and they start cheering for him.
Crowd: RECK! RECK! RECK! RECK! RECK! RECK! RECK!
Pilgrim: And listen to this crowd get behind Reck Maverick!
Maverick starts pumping his fist in the air as the crowd gets louder and louder. Eagles is waiving his arms, trying to quiet the crowd, but it just makes the crowd get louder and louder. Maverick has the energy of the arena at this point. He reaches over and grabs Eagles by the hair and delivers a hard straight punch to the face. Eagles recoils back, but doesn't break the hold. Maverick reaches over and pulls Eagles' head back over and delivers another hard right hand. The punch hits Eagles with such authority, his body twists a little. Maverick uses that momentum to reverse the leglock and now Maverick has the advantage! The crowd goes ballistic!
Pilgrim: I can't believe it! Reck Maverick has just retaken control of this fight!
Almanti: I'm telling you, these guys are so equally matched, you can't just can't call it until it's over!
Maverick starts beating the ground as he can hear Eagles moaning in pain. Josh starts to crawl toward the ring ropes. McElvoy is now asking Josh if he wants to submit, but Josh curses at the referee and shoves him out of the way. Maverick looks and sees that Josh is about to reach the ropes and let's loose of the hold. Eagles jumps to the ropes for safety. Maverick tries to stand, but his knee buckles under him due to the damage Eagles has done to him. Maverick slowly stands, and regains his balance.
Pilgrim: It doesn't look good for Maverick at this point. That knee is not doing him any favors.
Almanti: Eagles' legs, don't look so good either.
Eagles is having an equal amount of difficulty standing. Maverick slowly makes his way over to his arch rival and grabs him by the hair to stand him up. Maverick hits a hard European Uppercut to Eagles which staggers Eagles back into the ropes. Mavericks follows it up with a clothesline that sends Josh over the top rope and out of the ring!
Pilgrim: And these two men are really destroying each other here!
Almanti: Unbelievable action!
Maverick slides out of the ring and walks over to Eagles, still limping heavily. He tries to pull Eagles up, but Eagles retaliates with a stiff uppercut to the groin of Maverick, dropping Maverck back down to a knee. Eagles lifts Maverick up and uses an airplane spin that drops Maverick's head right on the steel steps. The crowd boos at the dirty tactic.
Pilgrim: And that is Eagles being Eagles.
Almanti: See? If that were Maverick doing that, you would have sai...
Pilgrim: Shut up.
Eagles slides back into the ring to stop the referee's 10 count. He watches closely as Maverick struggles to stand. As soon as he stands and turns around, Eagles leaps over the top rope and nails a hurricanrana on the floor! The crowd, even for it's hatred of Eagles, cheers for the high spot! Eagles, no better off than Maverick after the move lies on his back breathing heavy. Maverick may be out cold on the floor. McElvoy starts the standing 10 count for the men outside the ring!
1......
2........
3.........
4.........
Pilgrim: It looks like Eagles is starting to stir a bit.
5.........
Almanti: Maverick is getting up too!
6..........
7..........
Eagles is the first man to his feet. He grabs Reck by the trunks and the mask and rolls him into the ring. Eagles slides in himself. He delivers a few hard stomps to Maverick in the ring before getting him back to his feet. He puts Maverick in position and hits his fisherman suplex perfectly! The crowd starts to boo because they know that is always the precurser to the Sweet Sacrifice from the top rope!
Pilgrim: And we all know what comes next!
Almanti: Eagles is going to take the lead in the series after his Sweet Sacrifice swanton bomb!
Eagles, now on the top rope leaps and goes for his swanton finisher, but Maverick gets his knees up and Eagles hits hard and rolls around in pain. Maverick once again grabs his bad knee as it obviously took a pounding by blocking that huge move.
Pilgrim: Oh no! I don't know who took more damage there!
Almanti: Easy. BOTH of them.
Maverick fights of the pain and uses the ropes to pull himself up. He takes agonizing steps toward Eagles, limping heavily the whole way. He gets to Eagles and bends down to pick him up. He motions to the crowd he's going for the Cat's Eye Slash, a razor's edge type finisher. The crowd cheers as Reck puts Eagle's head in position.
Pilgrim: This will do it for Maverick! What a match!
Almanti: I can't believe this crap! Eagles had it!
Maverick starts to lift Eagles up and gets just over halfway, when his knee buckles under the pressure. Maverick lands on his back with Eagles on top. Eagles quickly rolls him up and holds the roll up down tight! McElvoy on it!
1.....
2....
3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pilgrim: NO!!!!!
Almanti: YES!!!!!!
Pilgrim: What a tough break for Reck Maverick! Josh Eagles is now in the driver's seat of this best five series and a shot at the POW Midwest Heavyweight Title!
Almanti: It was just a matter of time, Alex. It was just a matter of time.
A few POW medical crew members get into the ring to see if Maverick could use assistance, but he shrugs them off. Big Ci quickly makes his way to the ring and eyes down Josh Eagles who is gloating on his way back up the ramp. Ci helps Reck up and pats him on the back for the great effort.
Pilgrim: And that's a real brotherhood right there. What great team chemistry between those two. Big Ci and the Horsemen really have their act together. We'll be right back.

The camera cuts to the backstage lockerroom of the Four Horsemen: XE where all four members are gathered together, Dave Hunter looking like he has something serious to say. Big Ci is sitting on a bench while Reck is bird-perched up on TOP of one of the lockers while Lance is leaning up against a wall with Holly standing next to him.
Big Ci: What's up man?
Dave Hunter: Well, it's about something I've been thinking about for awhile now...I don't really know how to break it to you all, but...
Lance Erikson: (Interrupting) You're retiring, aren't you?
Dave Hunter: (Pauses) ...Yeah.
A dead silence fills the room while Big Ci and Reck Maverick look at Dave, flabbergasted. Reck falls off the top of the locker while Lance looks straight ahead with steel in his eyes. Big Ci tries to figure out what to say, but can't form the words.
Lance Erikson: Why?
Dave Hunter: I've been doing this for a long time and I have other things I need to take care of. It's just the right time for me to do this.
Big Ci: Back down to three...(Ci smiles once more) well, at least we had a good run with you. We'll keep it going without you too so you can look at us and tell people "I was part of that group"!
Dave Hunter: (Grinning) Yeah, that sounds great. Nobody can say I didn't do anything while I was here right?
Reck Maverick gets to his feet and offers his hand to Dave who takes it gladly.
Reck Maverick: You'll always have a place with us if you want to come back, you know you can't leave the almight NINJA!
Dave smiles as he lets go of Reck's hand and Big Ci wraps him up in a big manly hug. Dave, taken aback for a second, gets an astonished look and then pats Ci on the back, returning the sentiment. Dave Hunter turns to Lance with his hand outstretched. Lance looks at it before turning away from Dave and exiting the room muttering "Damn Quitter" under his breath as he slams the door behind him. The three remaining Horsemen look at the door with wide eyes as Holly exits to check on him.

Alex Pilgrim: Lookie here! We're all set and ready for a Championship match here tonight!
Tony Almanti: Damn Right! Flying Diamond Cutter Man will be defending his title against the omnipotent...
Alex Pilgrim: Uh...Tone? It's the tag team championship tonight...
Tony Almanti: OH...well...uhhh....yeah...OKAY! This match tonight brought to you by SPAM's up and coming competitor, SMEAT!!!
As the sounds of Alice Cooper & Rob Zombie hit, the Manos del Muerte walk out. First, Luz Rojo walks through, and pulls the curtains out of the way. Hidealgo 19 is the first man out, followed by Death Adder and Electric Head. And lastly, El Gran Bàrbaro comes through. They stand, from left to right, Luz, Death Adder, Bàrbaro, Electric Head and Hidealgo, each performing the Manos del Muerte sign. This done, they walk to the ring. Luz takes Bàrbaro’s cloak off, as Death Adder and Hidelago toss their respective entrance attires to ringside staff, and the three wrestlers roll into the ring, each taking a corner and taunting the crowd who boos for them incessantly.
Richard Huff: And weighing in at a COMBINED weight of 430 pounds, Manos Del Muerte, DEATH ADDER AND HIDEALGO 19!!!
The crowd boos as "Iron Man" by Black Sabbath kicks up and the lights direct themselves to the stage where Dozer and Crush are seen standing with their tag team belts held high in the air, Simon Winters making his way next to them. A strobe starts going off, following the beat of the guitar as they make their way down the entrance ramp shouting various insults and trash talk to their opponents who are waiting in the ring eyeing the belts. The audience boos as the two men enter into the ring, stepping over the middle rope. Dozer and Crush meet in the center of the ring and start pushing each other, pumping themselves up as Simon Winters watches them with pride from the outside of the ring.
Richard Huff: And in their first defence in this match for the POW Tag Team Championships! Weighing in at a combined weight of 420 pounds and hailing from...somewhere...Dozer and Crussssssssh! THE WRECKING SQUAD!
Benny Lawson calls for the bell to begin the match as Dozer and Crush toss their titles into the middle of the ring saying "come get them".
ding-ding
POW Tag Team Championship Manos Del Muerte vs. The Wrecking Squad
Death Adder reaches for one of the belts with a smirk but Dozer stops him, nailing him in the face with a boot as the crowd boos at the cheap shot. Hidealgo 19 jumps in, defending his partner as he starts backing both men into the ropes with a flurry of missed shots. Dozer and Crush use the ropes and join hands, coming off with a double clothesline, steamrolling Hidealgo 19 into pulp. As Hidealgo goes down, Death Adder nails Dozer with a dropkick and then, getting back to his feet, starts attacking Crush with forearm shots as the two downed men roll out of the ring, and after talking with their respective managers/members, take their places at the corner. Death Adder knocks Crush into the corner with a quick standing dropkick before whipping him down to the ground with an arm drag. Death Adder manages to hit a couple of kicks to Crush's side before Crush gets hold of his foot and brings Death Adder down to the mat while raising himself to his feet.
Alex Pilgrim: Manos getting an early lead in this match, but the Wrecking Squad hasn't gotten started yet!
Tony Almanti: They better pull a string, flip a switch, or whatever metaphor you can think of or this is going to be nasty and fast.
Crush nails a couple of shots to the back of Death Adder's knee and then he grabs hold of his other foot, and securing his hold, picks Death Adder up and swings him around, letting go and sending him flying into the Wrecking Squad's corner. Crush picks Death Adder up and pushes him into the corner and delivers a couple of hard and nasty chops before tagging in Dozer. Dozer enters the ring and starts wailing on Death Adder with the aide of Crush. Death Adder falls into the corner as the two continue to work on him while Hidealgo tries to get into the ring, but benny Lawson impedes his entry. Dozer and Crush notice this and pick Death Adder back up, delivering a low blow while the ref's back is turned. Crush exits the ring and takes his place at the corner, but before Lawson turns back around, Barbaro pulls Crush off of the apron and lets him fall face first onto the apron. Simon Winters tries to ward Barbaro off, but Barbaro raises his hands and backs up. Benny Lawson finally turns and sees this, but all he sees is Barbaro backing away from Simon Winters. Dozer picks Death Adder up off the mat and whips him into the ropes, nailing a spinebuster on the way down. He wraps up a leg for the cover.

Death Adder just kicks out before the count of three and tries to roll over to Hidealgo whois waiting anxiously to get into the ring but Dozer grabs his foot and pulls him back into the center of the ring. Death Adder, being helped up by Dozer jams a well placed thumb into his opponent's eye and leaps over, tagging in Hidealgo 19. Hidealgo vaults over the top rope and bouncing off the ropes, leaps up and hits a spinning heel kick, driving Dozer to the mat.
Alex Pilgrim: Well, both teams are delivering one hell of a beating to each other, even those not involved in this match are getting busy!
Tony Almanti: Looks like they could use some SMEAT after the match is over!
Alex Pilgrim: Would you shut up?
Dozer quickly gets back to his feet and Hidealgo nails a quick lariat, but it doesn't knock Dozer down. Hidealgo rebounds off the ropes again and this time both men hit a mean clothesline, bringing each other to the mat with a sickening thud. The audience goes wild for the action packed match as both men struggle to get back to their feet. Both men get back up and Dozer attempts an off balance clothesline, but Hidealgo ducks under it and, getting behind his prey, school boys him down to the mat, putting his feet on the ropes for a pin.

2...
Simon Winters starts yelling at Lawson, who notices Hidealgo's feet on the ropes and forces him to end the pin. While Lawson is busy berating Hidealgo, Dozer gets behind him and lays into him with a clubbing shot to the back. Hidealgo drops to a knee as Dozer locks up his head and pulls him over to Crush for the tag. Crush, rejuvinated, leaps into the ring and starts hitting Hidealgo in the gut while Dozer continues holding onto him. Benny Lawson starts to count the DQ but Death Adder gets into the ring, and pushing Lawson to the side, crashes into Crush, smashing all three men into the turnbuckle. After all shake the cobwebs loose, Death Adder and Dozer start brawling while Crush starts beating up on Hidealgo. Hidealgo maneuvers himself over to the ropes and pushes Crush off with his feet by grabbing hold of the ropes. Struggling to get control, Benny Lawson starts counting to five.

3...
Barbaro enters the ring and pulls a voracious Death Adder off of Dozer and throws him into the corner before exiting the ring. Simon Winters grabs hold of Dozer's foot from the outside and shakes his before pointing to his own corner.
Tony Almanti: Almost had to end that match there...These teams need to excercise some control...maybe discuss their problems over a nice plate of...
Alex Pilgrim: DON'T SAY IT!!!!
Crush whips Hidealgo into the ropes, but Hidealgo grabs onto them to stop his momentum and tags in Death Adder who enters the ring with a trickle of blood exiting from his mouth. Death Adder lays into Crush with a couple of elbow shots, sending him into the empty corner. Death Adder slaps Crush across the face a couple of times, getting boos from the crowd before he leaps up and dropkicks Crush in the face. Not letting his opponent fall, Death Adder grabs onto Crush's arm and pulls him out of the corner, trying to whip him into the ropes. Crush counters and sends Death Adder into the ropes instead. Death Adder bounds off of the ropes, leaps up into to Crush's waiting grasp and wraps his legs around Crush's head, circling around a couple of times before bringing him down with a fabulous headscissors. Death Adder tries for the cover and Lawson starts the count.

KICKOUT!!!!
Pilgrim: And Manos Del Muertes almost became the new POW Tag Team Champions!
Almanti: These are two very, very evenly matched teams, Alex.
Crush is still shaking off the effects of the headscissors but Adder moves right in and delivers a striking elbow to the spine of Crush's back before he can get to his feet, keeping him on all fours. Adder takes Crush by the hair and gives a nice heave-ho over to MDM's corner where he tags in Hidealgo. Adder extends the left arm of Crush as 19 quickly climbs the turnbuckles and leaps off, hitting a hard double ax handle to the exposed elbow of Crush. Crush yelps in pain and tries to shake it off.
Pilgrim: Good teamwork by Manos Del Muertes.
Almanti: They're better with Barbaro.
Pilgrim: What? Where did that come from?
Almanti: Just an observation.
19 doesn't waste a lot of time with theatrics and starts hammering away at Crush's head. Benny Lawson give him the five count which Hidealgo quits the pounding at four. He gets Crush to his feet and goes to hammerthrow him into the ropes, but Crush reverses and hits a back body drop before dropping to his knees.
Pilgrim: And Crush may have given The Wrecking Squad a chance here!
Almanti: He better get on the stick!
19 gets to his feet and sees Crush standing as well. Hidealgo charges at Crush, but Crush leaps and tags in Dozer to the delight of the crowd who gives a huge pop. Hidealgo pauses, frozen as Dozer steps in and smiles. Hidealgo looks around nervously and quickly eyepokes Dozer before bouncing off the ropes and tries for a running bulldog, but Dozer catches him before they hit the ground and counters the bulldog attempt with a side slam. He hooks the leg in one motion as Lawson goes for the pin!

2.....
THR-SAVE BY DEATH ADDER!!!!
Pilgrim: And Death Adder just kept MDM with a shot to win this match because I think it's safe to say that Hidealgo wasn't getting up from that one!
Almanti: Ah hell. Now look. All Hell is going to break lose. Wait, that's a good thing, right?
Crush can't let this intrusion go unanswered and quickly flies into the ring and starts exchanging right hands with Death Adder until he backs Adder into a corner and drops him so that he's leaning against the middle turnbuckle. Crush whips around and hits a huge clothesline on Hidealgo that sends him to the mat.
Pilgrim: Crush is on fire!
Almanti: Fire and Crush are making adult movies?
Pilgrim: That is sick,Tony.
Adder rushes from the other side, but Crush gets turned around and hits a big clothesline on him that sends him to the mat as well. Hidealgo is back on his feet and charges, Crush goes for a sidewalk slam, but Hidealgo side-steps and Crush catches Dozer in the sidewalk slam instead! Hidealgo goes for the pin on Dozer as Death Adder hits a jumping corkscrew roundhouse kick right on Crush's temple. Benny Lawson for the cover!

2.......
3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pilgrim: Manos Del Muerte did it! They just became POW Midwest Tag Team Champions!
Almanti: What an outing! A very impressive win for this team.
All members of Manos Del Muerte meet in the ring as they get congratulated and handed the POW Tag Team titles. Hidealgo uses his new piece of hardware as a fake guitar, using the huge gold plate as the strumming area and one of the straps as the frets. Death Adder taunts the crowd while holding his high above his head.
Pilgrim: And now it seems as if the Tag Team division is getting tougher and tougher.
Almanti: Depth is always good. And so are sponsors.
The show cuts to the commercials leaving the scene of the newly crowned POW Tag Team Champions in the ring with their new prizes.

Guns ‘N’ Roses’ “Out to get me begins to play throughout the arena as the NEW POW Valor Champion makes his way through the curtain. Big Ci holds up his newly won championship belt with one arm and hold up four fingers with the other hand as the crowd cheers on. He flings the belt over his shoulder and walks down the aisle, slapping high fives with various members of the audience. He climbs up the ring step and walks about halfway across the apron that is closet to the aisle, he stops and again raises four fingers then steps through the ropes. He climbs a nearby set of turnbuckles and holds his prize into the air and the crowd cheers and chants for Big Ci
Almanti - You know Alex, Big Ci seems awfully proud for a guy that won the belt on a technicality.
Pilgrim - Well had George Duke kept a clear head maybe he would still be champion, but instead he goofed up and now Big Ci has the honour of calling himself the Valor Champion
The lights go dim and smoke pours out from the entryway as the introduction to “YYZ” begins to play. As the guitar kicks in, red and gold lights flood the arena as FDCM saunters out through the cloud of smoke, a voluptuous FDC Girl on either arm and the POW World Title around his waist. He cockily adjusts his sunglasses and polishes the title belt, basking in what he clearly perceives to be DEAFENING cheers from the crowd, even as they drown him in boos. Oblivious to this, FDCM walks up the steel stairs and steps through the ring ropes which are being held open for him by his girls. He spins in the center of the ring with three bright white spotlights focused entirely on him, while holding up the “Diamond Cutter” hand signal, then comes to a stop with his arms outstretched, still absorbing the imagined adoration of the audience. Finally, he undoes the POW World Title and holds it high above his head, showing everyone what makes him the best as his valets applaud him almost loudly enough to drown out the hatred of the paying fans...
Pilgrim - And here you thought Big Ci was overly proud, Flying Diamond Cutter Man thinks he’s king of the world now.
Almanti - Well FDCM SHOULD be proud, he’s the first POW World Heavyweight Champion - and he defeat The Boss - Tito Capaci to do it, by PIN even!
Pilgrim - Pure luck... that’s all it is was... but now we go to Richard Huff for the official ring introductions.
Huff - The following contest is the MAIN EVENT of the evening! It’s scheduled for one fall with the remaining TV time limit. First to my left - from Charlotte, North Carolina weighing in at 283 pounds, He is the leader of the Four Horsemen XE and the current POW Valor Champion - BIG CI!
Ci holds up the Four Finger Horsemen salute as the crowd cheers.
Huff - and his opponent...
Before Huff can finish, one of FDCM’s Diamond Girls takes Huff’s Microphone and cheap shots him!
Diamond Girl - Ladies and gentlemen, introducing the first, last, and ONLY Power On Wrestling WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION...Flying...Diamond...Cutter...MANNNNNNN!!!!
FDCM holds up the World Championship belt as the crowd boos, he walks up to Big Ci and begins to talk smack. Ci look away for a second and BLAM! Ci punches FDCM in the yap as Referee Lawson signals the bell.
Ring-A-Ding-Ding!
Flying Diamond Cutter Man (POW World Heavyweight Champion) vs. Big Ci (POW Valor Champion) -- NON-TITLE
Ci continues to unleash haymakers on the World Champion as the ref tries to usher the Diamond Girls out of the ring. Now Ci is unleashing a flurry of knife-edge chop as the crowd shouts WOO! With each one, Ci backs FDCM into the ropes and launches him across the ring, when the Champ returns Ci delivers a shoulder block that knocks FDCM on his ass. Quickly one of the Diamond Girls grabs FDCM by the ankle and drags him out of the ring. FDCM slowly walks around the ring trying to clear his head and talk smack with some of the ringside fans. Ci walks over to the rope and reaches over and grabs FDCM by the hair and pulls him up onto the apron, then locks in a front facelock and suplexes FDCM over the rope and quickly goes for a pin but only gets a two count. Ci picks up the World Champion, but Flying Diamond Cutter Man cuts him off with a rake to the eyes and punches him 2 times and nails a discuss punch that rocks Big Ci but fails to knock him down, FDCM bounces off the ropes and does a shoulder block of his own, but Ci’s size advantage prevents the King of Excess from knocking the Leader of the Horsemen off his feet.
FDCM curses and again bounces off the ropes, this time jumping up and flipping Ci over with a frankensteiner for a 1 count. FDCM gets all up in Lawson’s face and start yelling that “He’s the *Bleeping* World Champion and that he should AUTOMATICALLY get a 3 count!” By this point Ci gets back onto his feet, spins FDCM around and nails an European Uppercut, two Ric Flair like chops and hits the ropes for a knee lift. Surprisingly the World Champion is still standing albeit a little punch-drunk so Ci lifts him up with a beautiful Suplex but instead of simply falling back as one would expect him to do, he falls forward - hanging Flying Diamond off the top rope and using the momentum to bouce FDCM back into the air and crashing to the mat.
Pilgrim - Excellent Tully Blanchard style slingshot suplex by Big Ci - he’s obviously been studying the tapes of the original Horsemen.
Almanti - HE’S CHEATING!
Pilgrim - How do you figure?
Almanti - He’s using the ropes! Pilgrim - Is that a pinning hold or a submission
Almanti - No...
Pilgrim - Then it’s not legal.
Ci now pins FDCM but one of the Diamond Girls is distracting the referee. Ci notices this and releases the pin and stomps over to the Diamond Girl, but FDCM quickly recovers and rolls up Ci and hold the tights as Lawson turns around and makes a count but only get to two. Both men get to their feet and they begin to trade fists of fury, but Ci quickly gets the upper hand
Pilgrim - FDCM should learn to not try and make fisticuffs with Ci.
Ci drags The King of Excess to the turnbuckle and slams his head off the cable that holds the turnbuckle to the corner post. Ci follows it up with a second and a third releases FDCM who stumbles back a couple steps then falls face-first into the mat. Ci goes to continue the offense but one of Flying Diamond’s Girl grabs the leg of Big Ci, giving the World Champion time to regain his composure... finally Ci gets his leg away from the Diamond Girl and as he turns around he is caught in the jaw by a super kick from Flying Diamond Cutter Man who then pins his opponent. Lawson ducks down for the count.
1...
2... Big Ci kicks out and now FDCM is wailing away with illegal closed fist to the forehead of Big Ci... He lays in about 6-7 of those before the ref can pull FDCM off of Ci. Now the World Champ stomps on the Valor Champion a couple of time and lifts him off the mat and sets him up for his Powerbomb... He tries to lift him, he tries to lift him again, FDCM cannot lift him! Ci stands up but holds onto Cutter’s leg to prevent a standard Back Body Drop, instead Ci reaches back and hooks FDCM’s head and drops him with the Kryponite Krunch and a pin
1...
2...
One of Diamond Girls flies off the top turnbuckle with a leg drop and completely KO’s Lawson. Ci stands up and looks at the dastardly Diamond Girl and mutter some sort of profanity as the Diamond Girl shows the guts to charge at Big Ci, who shifts his weight and clocks the Diamond Girl with Dave Hunter’s Heart Break Kick!
Almanti - WOMAN ABUSE!
Pilgrim - You can’t call that Tony, all of Flying Diamond’s Girls signed papers stating that POW not responsible for what happens to them.
Almanti - Damn!
Big Ci bounces off the ropes and drops a big leg on FDCM. He begins to lift up the World Champion but sees ANOTHER Diamond Girl coming off the top rope with a Diving Crossbody! But Ci CATCHES her, but yet another one sneaks in from behind and chop blocks Ci’s knee and The Leader of The Horsemen goes down! Two more jump in and now all four of them are dog-piling Big Ci
Almanti - Hey Alex... Big Ci is being jumped on by four scantily clad vixens... but I can’t figure out if that is a bad thing... or a good thing?
Pilgrim - It’s a... Hmm? For once you bring up a valid point.
Suddenly the crowd pops for no apparent reason until the camera zooms to the aisle and shows Big Ci’s allies: Lance Erikson - brandishing a lead pipe and Reck Maverick with his Blade of Legend charging the ring, The Diamond Girls quickly bail as The Horsemen split up and each chase 2 Diamond Girls the crowd and out of sight. Back in the ring FDCM slowly reaches over and throws an arm over Ci’s chest as Lawson comes back to consciousness.
Pilgrim - Not again! FDCM is going to steal ANOTHER win because of those damn Diamond Girls!
Lawson slowly begins to count..
1...
2...
KICK OUT! BIG CI KICKS OUT!
Flying Diamond Cutter Man begins to rapidly slap the mat hard as he stands up - not believing that the Valor Champion kicked out again. He looks around and notices that all his Diamond Girls are gone. He puts two fingers in his mouth and whistles and four MORE Diamond Girls slide out from under the ring!
Pilgrim - What the hell?!
Almanti - I’ve heard of reserve strength but reserve Diamond Girls?
Big Ci slowly gets up to one knee and his caught by a couple eye rakes from Flying Diamond Cutter Man.. The World Champion continues to mount his offense with a couple kicks to the stomach then takes a step back and snaps in with a step-up enziguiri and another pin fall but again only gets a two count. Flying Diamond Cutter Man begins to stalk The Valor Champion and when Ci gets to his feet Flying Diamond Cutter Man goes for the DIAMOND CUTTER! But somehow FDCM is repelled from Ci and crashes into the mat as Ci falls into the ropes.
Almanti - What just happened!
Pilgrim - I... I do not know!
Cutter quickly gets up and knows EXACTLY what’s going on. He DDTs Ci then sits down on Ci’s chest and sticks his hand into Ci’s trunks
Pilgrim - What the HELL is FDCM doing?
FDCM fishes around in there for a second and pulls something out. A small mechanical device.
Pilgrim - Is that? The Anti-Diamond Cutter Device that Reck Maverick gave to Big Ci?
Almanti - It must be.
FDCM throws the device to the ground and stomps the hell out of it he then drops a couple elbows on Big Ci then locks in the Dragon Sleeper. Lawson checks for the submission but Ci begins to try and stand up, finally Ci is almost standing, he grabs the ropes for leverage and hoists FDCM up for a powerslam, Ci charges across the ring and slams him into the mat. None both men are down as Lawson begins the famous 10 count.
1......
2........
Pilgrim: And now it just becomes a matter who wants this match more!
3......
Almanti: Or who gets up first.
4...........
5............
Lawson's attention is taken away from the match as he looks over to the ring apron where one of the Flying Diamond Cutter Girls has decided to perch herself. Lawson is momentarily awe struck by the girl as she begins to climb into the ring. She bends down low and Lawson is staring at her cleavage that is pouring out of her formal gown. As she starts to stand back up, his eyes gravitate toward her long legs and the big slit that runs clear up to her hip. His professionalism finally takes over as he shakes it off and tries to talk her out of the ring.
Pilgrim: Imagine that. More antics from FDCM's camp.
Almanti: As long as the antics look like THAT....I'm game for all the damn antics they want to pour out.
Pilgrim: Point taken.
As Lawson is trying to talk the girl out of the ring, both FDCM and Big Ci start to get to their feet. As soon as Big Ci stands up, another Flying Diamond Cutter Girl slides in the ring behind him and nails a huge low blow, doubling Big Ci over.
Pilgrim: And damn it! A low blow from one of FDCM's.....sl....
Almanti: Don't even say it, Alex!
The girl quickly exits the ring and the girl that Lawson has been trying to talk out of the ring climbs out and hops down as well. Lawson turns around just in time to see FDCM slide in front of Big Ci and roll up a small package. Lawson drops down for the pin!
1.....
Pilgrim: NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!
2.........
Almanti: YESSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The crowd boos as FDCM stands to his feet and looks up to the sky as if he had just re-won the World Title. He quickly slides out of the ring as Big CI gets back to his feet. Ci walks over the ropes closest to FDCM and asks him to come back into the ring for an unsanctioned fight, but FDCM will have none of it as he starts to backpedal up the ramp.
Pilgrim: This was a phony win for FDCM. I don't blame Big Ci for wanting this to go a little longer and off the books, Tony.
Almanti: I can't blame Flying Diamond Cutter Man for refusing the invitation too.
The crowd quickly gasps as, out of nowhere, Kaleb Shadix and Rich Morrison slide into the ring behind Ci. Before Ci can even turn around, Rich Morrison levels Ci in the back of the head with a chair. Shadix grabs Ci's arms and holds them back as Morrison fires right hand after right hand to Ci's face.
Pilgrim: A two on one ambush sneak attack. Gutless! But I wouldn't expect anything more out of these two!
Almanti: I'm not a big fan of it either. I Just don't know what it is exactly that Morrison and Shadix are trying to accomplish right now.
The crowd noise turns from a huge "boo" to a huge pop as Reck Maverick comes running down the ramp. Maverick slides in the ring and hits a hard chop to Morrison. Shadix lets go of Ci and Reck actually knocks Shadix down with a huge chop to the chest.
Pilgrim: And the hero of the story comes in to clean house!
Almanti: He's just got one bedroom in a 4 bedroom house. He hasn't cleared it up just yet, Alex.
Morrison comes back with a punch, but Maverick ducks it quickly spins catching Rich from behind and hits a German suplex. The crowd is going nuts now! Maverick kips up just in time to get speared by Kaleb Shadix. Morrison steps up with a stomp to the face of Reck as the crowd starts to boo, but it quickly turns into another huge pop!
Pilgrim: Here comes the Midwest Champ!
Almanti: Great, Shawn Stevens just keeps filling the need to have his face planted anywhere people are watching.
Just as Stevens gets about halfway down during his full sprint, Lance Erikson comes out at less than half speed, not even really jogging. Stevens hops in the ring and hits a few hard shots to Shadix and then to Morrison. Stevens hits a hard clothesline on Shadix that sends him to the mat. Big Ci is back up on his feet and he bear hugs Morrison and then spin slams him to the mat.
Pilgrim: Stevens, Reck and Big Ci are back on top of things!
Almanti: Well, Lance seems less than enthused.
Morrison and Shadix roll out of the ring and start backpedaling up the ramp, keeping an eye on the three in the ring. They first pass Flying Diamond Cutter Man and his entourage of girls as he sits in a chair near the ramp eating a fresh apple, just watching the show develop. Then they pass Lance who is still just walking down the ramp calmly. Lance just keeps walking down the ring and slowly climbs in.
Pilgrim: Is Lance acting a bit strange to you?
Almanti: Socializing with Stevens, Maverick and Ci? Umm...yeah. Why would anyone do that?
Pilgrim: That's not what I mean and you know it, Tony. It's definitely something we're going to be keeping an eye on. But that's all today folks! We'll be right here next week as we continue our Road to Dixie Slampede! Good night!
The show fades away with Big Ci, Maverick, and Stevens all taunting Shadix and Morrison as they continue to leave. Erikson just leans against a turnbuckle not saying a word.
