As the first line of “The Way I Are” hits, two purple spotlights begin shining on the entrance curtain. As the techno beat begins, a cascade of strobe lights begin flickering throughout the stage area as John appears from the curtain with his hands held in the air. A foxy vixen by the name of Julia Sven emerges just afterwards dressed promiscuously with the Eastern Heavyweight Championship in her hands. As the chorus hits, she drapes the title over John Anthony’s shoulder. He pats the belt, removes his shades, and begins walking towards the ring as the purple spotlights follow his movements. Greeting the fans and pumping up the crowd, he runs up the stairs, jumps into the ring, and holds his championship belt high. Julia follows him into the ring and poses seductively as John begins stretching for his match.
The lights begin to alternate between dark blue and crimson red as "His World" begins to fill the arena... Suddenly a puff of smoke explodes in front of the curtain as Reck Maverick appears out of thin air with Reiko is his arms. He sets her down and stands in a cool ninja pose for a second, his eyes darting back and forth as Reiko waves to the crowd then Reck breaks into a traditional ninja run as he quickly dashes to the ring and jumps onto the Ring Apron. Reiko is close behind, she climbs up the ring steps and steps through the bottom rope and Reck holds it open with both feet. After Reiko gets through Reck uses the ropes to slingshot himself over the top and into the ring.
He kips up and draws his Blade of Legend. He begins to go into a Kata, swinging the blade and throwing kicks, Finally he drops to one knee and goes to drive the blade in the mat, but he stops short to avoid tearing the canvas - as he is doing the Kata the lights slowly cut of except a single spotlight shining on Maverick. He places the sword back into it's sheath and hands it to Reiko as the lights come back up. He salutes his fans with a now trademark thumbs up as the music dies. He walks to his corner and sits upon the top turnbuckle as he waits for the contest to begin.
The opening guitar rifts of "I Don't Wanna Be" begin to play and the song starts up.

Josh Eagles bursts onto the ramp with his hands raised high in the air and the crowd begins to cheer frantically.

Josh makes his way down the ramp slapping hands with the crowd, kissing some girls on the cheeks and ruffling the hair of the younger audience and slides under the ropes and into the ring.

Josh makes his way around the ring once holding his hands up in the air and going to each turnbuckle and climbing to the top and giving his signature Eagles taunt to every side of the arena.

The music finishes up and dies down with Josh warming up on the ropes awaiting for the start of the match the crowd still cheering loudly.
Richard Huff: Ladies and Gentleman the following contest is your main event of the evening and is your Winner takes all Unification Match. The rules are as follows, the first competitor to score a pin fall or a submission on any other competitor will be awarded the match and become the Undisputed World Heavyweight Champion. Let me first introduce to you first hailing from Beverly Hills, California and weighing in at 217lb he is the POW Eastern Heavyweight Champion JOHN ANTHONY!!
About 1/3 of the arena begin to cheer loudly for Anthony while the other 2/3 begin to boo loudly while Anthony steps forward and holds his title high in the air.
Richard Huff: Next let me introduce to you a man who should need no introduction, hailing from San Jose, California and weighing in at 220lbs, he is your resident hero and POW Midwestern Heavyweight Champion, RECK MAVERICK!!!
Reck steps forward and also raises his title in the air and almost half the place goes nuts but a lot of boo’s still resound in the arena from this clearly split crowd.
Richard Huff: Finally introducing to you from Ottawa, Ontario weighing in tonight at 175lbs he is your current reigning POW World Heavyweight Champion, he is JOSH EAGLES!!!
Josh steps forward with his head down and his belt high above his head listening to the cheers and boos from the crowd and nodding in satisfaction.
Pilgrim: The crowd is split like I have never heard before!
Almanti: While that is interesting and all, here we are in the biggest match in POW history!!!
Pilgrim: This will be one hell of a match even I can say it!
WINNER TAKES ALL MATCH – WORLD VS MIDWESTERN VS EASTERN
Josh Eagles (World) vs Reck Maverick (Midwestern) vs John Anthony (Eastern)Head referee Benny Lawson rings the bell to signal the start of the contest and all three men stay back to their respective corners eyeing each other up, all ready to make a move at a moments notice. Maverick is the first to move taking slow steps toward the center of the ring, then bolting at Eagles in his corner and knocking him back into it with a kick to the chest and then laying into him with stiff chops. Anthony rushes in and tries to grapple Maverick from behind but Maverick turns around and lets Anthony taste a few chops as well before going right back to Eagles in the corner.
Maverick stops laying into Eagles as he slumps down in the corner and turns his attention back to Anthony who gets kicked in the gut from Maverick then whipped into the far turnbuckle. Maverick is right behind him nailing him with a clotheslines and whipping him across the ring right into Eagles who was just getting back to his feet. Maverick then pumps up the crowd and runs across the ring leaping into the air and delivering a big corner splash to both Eagles and Anthony.
Pilgrim: Reck is on fire out there!
Almanti: Reck has been through a lot this week and no doubt has a lot of pent up frustration he wants to take out.
Pilgrim: It makes me sorry for Josh Eagles!
Reck grabs Anthony as he stumbles out of the corner and tosses him over the top rope and out of the ring and then turns around to point a finger at Eagles who is dazed in the corner and the crowd pops like mad. Maverick stalks over to the corner but is cut short as Eagles kicks him back in the gut and then bursts out of the corner grabbing Maverick by the head and hitting him with a huge face plant. Eagles turns over slowly getting to his feet, shaking out the cobwebs. Eagles chest is one big red mark as he grabs Maverick and brings him to his feet hooking him up and dropping him with a Fisherman’s Suplex, which he bridges for a pinfall. Lawson gets into position quickly and counts.

Reck kicks out with no effort. Eagles and Reck are both fast to get to their feet and as they get up Reck takes Eagles down with a head lock take over, Eagles reaches up and wraps Maverick’s head with his feet, Maverick kips out and both men get to their feet but this time Eagles is faster leaping into the air and nailing Maverick in the face with a dropkick sending him into the ropes, where he slumps down. Eagles is quick to get to his feet and deliver a chop to Maverick’s chest this time and then whip him across the ring, but as Maverick hits the far ropes Anthony reaches out tripping Maverick up and pulling him out of the ring, where he starts laying into him with left’s and right’s. Eagles then comes running across the ring and front flips right over the top rope and out to the floor landing on Anthony and Maverick.
Pilgrim: These men are already going at it hardcore, Eagles putting his body right on the line with that one.
Almanti: Is that really smart in a match like this?
Pilgrim: Whatever you can do to get the win! Josh said he would do it all to walk out as Champion!
Eagles slowly gets to his feet dragging Anthony with him and rolls him into the ring and slides in after. He then drags Anthony to his feet as well and whips him into the turnbuckle and rushes after him but Anthony counters with a boot to the face sending Eagles backwards and then rushes out of the corner and takes him down with a clothesline. Anthony takes a minute to catch his breathe on the ropes then walks back over to Eagles and drags him up to his feet and delivers a HARD forearm shiver to his skull that makes Eagles slump against the ropes. Anthony steps back and goes to run at Eagles for a clothesline but Eagles counters with a low bridge dumping Anthony out of the ring.
Eagles turns around and waits for Anthony to begin to get to his feet and goes to leap over the top, but he doesn’t see Maverick enter the ring and when he goes to leap into the air Maverick slides under him and catches him on his shoulders setting him up for the Maverick Cutter, but Eagles quickly scrambles off his back and when Maverick turns around Eagles kicks him in the gut and nails him with an X-Factor. Eagles goes to turn Maverick over for a pin but sees Anthony heading to the ring, so Eagles walks over to the ropes grabbing the top and pretending to dive over, but when Anthony ducks Eagles reverses his momentum and goes between the bottom ropes catching Anthony in the face with two big boots.
Eagles then slides back into the ring to see Maverick getting to his feet but Eagles reaches down and pulls Maverick’s legs out from under him and begins to turn him over for a Lion Tamer. Maverick begins to scream in pain as Eagles leans back on the move but says no as official Benny Lawson asks if he would like to give up. Eagles continues to wrench on the hold until he sees Anthony again getting to his feet and he releases the hold and as Anthony turns around this time he does get caught when Eagles leaps over the top rope and onto him.
Pilgrim: Eagles seems to be in control of things right now, doing a good job of keeping both Maverick and Anthony down.
Almanti: Yeah and look at him now, he is working on the best way to keep all three of them down! How is he going to win the match like that?
Pilgrim: Same way he always does! By never giving up!
Eagles again begins to get back to his feet dragging Anthony with him but this time both men fail to notice that Maverick has gotten back up and climbed to the top turnbuckle and as they turn around Maverick leaps off taking both men out and sprawling all three of them on the ground. Maverick this time is the first to his feet and both Eagles and Anthony are slow behind him, but Maverick wastes no time grabbing Eagles and whipping him full force into the guard rail, then whipping him full force into the steel ring steps sending Eagles flipping over.
Maverick then turns his attention on Anthony who is on his feet and the two men begin to deliver chops back and forth but Maverick gets the upper hand until Anthony cuts him off with a quick knee to the gut and yet another hard forearm shiver. Anthony then hooks Maverick up and tries to suplex him on the ramp, but Maverick blocks and tries to suplex Anthony who blocks in return, then Anthony releases Maverick and pushes him toward the barricade as Eagles comes running across and diving off taking Maverick out but missing Anthony.
Anthony is quick to take advantage grabbing the fallen Maverick and rolling him into the ring and picking him up whipping him into the ropes and nailing him with a powerslam and holding for the cover, Lawson drops to count.

Reck just gets his shoulder up off the canvas!
Pilgrim: That was the first near fall of this match up!
Almanti: Most men would already have been beaten, down and out by now!
Pilgrim: That is why these three are the best of the best.
Anthony looks at Lawson with a pleading look but then drops down putting Maverick in a headlock and begins to apply pressure trying to make him pass out. Maverick tries to fight it off but he can’t seem to shake it but still refuses to give in, eventually he begins to fade and Lawson grabs his hand and lifts it up and his hand drops.

Lawson lifts his hand again as the crowd begins to get behind Maverick, but it falls again.

Lawson goes to lift for a final time, but it is broken up as Eagles springboards off the top rope and nails a leg drop across Anthony’s neck. Eagles gets back to his feet and drags Anthony with him and kicks him in the gut, then leans down and picks him up, sets him up, and drops him with the Eagles Wings (Celtic Cross). Eagles goes right for the pin.

3NO!!! Maverick leaps over and breaks up the pin fall keeping this match alive.
Pilgrim: I thought for sure it was over!
Almanti: It would have been a big feather in Josh’s hat if it was!
Eagles rolls over and goes after Maverick but Maverick manages to get him with a drop toe hold and leaps up and tries to lock a crossface chickenwing on Eagles, but he scrambles to the ropes to avoid Maverick having the chance. Maverick then walks over to Anthony and quickly drags him up and again tosses him over the top and out to the ground below and baits Eagles right into his trap as he rushes across the ring and this time Maverick low bridges Eagles. But instead of leaping out after them, Maverick drops down and rolls out of the ring and goes after Anthony who is almost on his feet. Maverick kicks him in the gut and nails him with a tornado DDT.
Maverick then turns his attention to Eagles grabbing him and driving him back first into the ring and nailing him with a stiff chop. He ties Eagles up for a suplex which is blocked and instead Eagles turns out and bring Maverick over with a suplex of his own. Eagles gets back to his feet at the same time as Anthony but this time Anthony feel the wrath of a drop toe hold, but his head is bounced off the ring steps. Eagles then gets to his feet dragging a now bleeding Anthony to the announce table and rolling him on it. Eagles then runs back to the ring and slides under the bottom rope and climbs to the top turnbuckle facing Anthony. The crowd begins to go crazy chanting for Eagles!
Pilgrim: What is he doing?
Almanti: Come on not the announce table!!!
Out of the corner of his eyes Eagles notices Maverick roll back into the ring and slowly begin to get to his feet. Eagles adjusts the way he is facing and waits for Maverick to get up and leaps off the top with a flying clothesline, but Maverick sees it and ducks down and instead Eagles takes out referee Benny Lawson who was standing in the wrong place. Maverick and Eagles both get to their feet and look down at the fallen ref and Maverick shakes his head and looks at Eagles and even through the mask you can tell the look is anger, Eagles backs off saying he didn’t mean to. Maverick rushes at Eagles and Eagles cuts him off with a kick to the stomach, then gets under him and drops him with the Eagles Wings (Celtic Cross).
Eagles doesn’t go for the cover knowing the ref is out, but as he turns around he catches sight of the entrance ramp and coming down it is his wife Jeska Eagles and she is carrying a steel chair. She slides into the ring and walks up to Josh and hands him the chair and points at Maverick and yells “DO IT” as the crowd boos loudly. Eagles looks from the chair to his wife to Maverick and raises the chair above his head just as Maverick comes around to see what is going on and then he tosses it out of the ring and looks back at Jeska and yells back “I AM NOT THAT PERSON!!!”.
Jeska smacks Josh in the face and leaves the ring and Josh just shakes it off and turns his attention back to Maverick grabbing him as he gets to his feet and nailing him with a body slam. Eagles then goes to climb to the top turnbuckle and positions himself to his Reck with the Sweet Sacrifice (Swanton Bomb), but looks around instead at Anthony who is still lying prone on the announce table. Eagles looks back and forth between the two then stands straight up and points at Maverick and the crowd goes crazy, he then points at Anthony and the roof is blown off the arena with cheers. Eagles smiles and switches his position and dives from the top toward the announce table with the Sweet Sacrifice, but Anthony had been laying there for too long and rolls off leaving Eagles to crash through the table.
The crowd is going crazy screaming “Holy Shit” as Anthony crawls slowly toward the ring, blood still gushing from his forehead and rolls under the bottom ropes and in. He stands up and looks around at the carnage and when his back is turned to face the prone body of Eagles, Maverick leaps up and nails him with the Dragon Buckler (Back Cracker into a Full Nelson Camel Clutch), he drops Anthony and rolls right over locking in the submission part of the move and leans right back. Anthony is screaming in pain, far from the ropes with nowhere to go and Lawson asks him if he is going to quit and he screams no.
The crowd begins to chant for Maverick and he leans back into the move farther applying more pressure onto the hold. After what seems like minutes of Anthony screaming in agony and Maverick applying more pressure, Anthony begins to tap on Maverick’s knee and Lawson ring for the bell.
WINNER via Submission and NEW WORLD CHAMPION: Reck MaverickMaverick releases the hold as confetti begins to fall from the ceiling and Eagles begins to stir on the outside. Lawson hands Maverick all the Heavyweight Titles and Maverick clutches them all to his chest falling to his knees as the crowd goes crazy. On the outside Eagles comes around and is sitting up looking at Maverick in the ring with a look of shock on his face that the match is over. Eagles stumbles to his feet and then over to the ring and slides in and Maverick turns around to see him standing there and stops celebrating and looks ready for a fight.
Eagles with his jaw dropped just shakes his head in disbelief and then raises his hands and begins to clap for Maverick and point toward him. Josh then reaches out his hand toward Maverick and the crowd begins to cheer and this time instead of kicking him in the chest Reck reaches out and gives Josh’s hand a quick slap in return to show mutual respect for a hard fought match. But the crowd suddenly goes silent and Reck and Josh look around and on the ramp is the entire POW locker room at their head Jay. T Nitro with their hands in the air clapping for the match and the superstars in the ring.
JTN: That was one hell of a match you three just put on, quite possibly the best the POW has ever seen!! But after watching the conclusion to that match it occurred to me that I can think of one way to make it a whole lot better! How would everyone here like to see Reck Maverick vs Josh Eagles ONE MORE TIME?
The crowd goes crazy cheering erupting from everyone in the arena as Maverick and Eagles just look at each other.
JTN: Then that is what we are going to see! Josh since you didn’t get pinned in that match I am going to give you another shot at the World Title next month at No Fear it will be Reck Maverick vs Josh Eagles one on one to finally determine who the BEST really is!!!
The crowd again goes wild as Josh and Reck look at each other. Josh has a smile on his face and is shaking his head yes and Reck is patting the belts one at a time and mouthing “Their mine!”
As JTN turns to walk to the back. "Karma Flavored Whiskey" by Zebrahead starts to play.
Pilgrim: It can't be!
Almanti: OH IT IS!
Shawn Stevens steps out onto the stage as his music plays. His brother JTN is actualy standing in shock seeing Stevens back in POW. Stevens snatches the mic from JTN as Eagles and Maverick stare at Stevens.
Shawn: Hold on right there Maverick. At Legendaria you took something from me. You took my championship and my career in POW. So I don't care whether my asshole brother makes this match or not because I have it in my contract. I was promised a rematch clause....and I'm using it next week. For that new POW World Championship you hold.
Eagles and Maverick's eyes go wide as Stevens gets a huge grin on his face. Maverick looks at the new championship belt he was just given as he grabs a mic. JTN takes the mic from Stevens. Maverick grabs a mic of his own.
Jay: I don't think I could make that match after seeing this match tonight. Maverick won't be 100%.
Stevens shrugs his shoulder and mouths the words "I don't care."
Reck: You want that Shawn? You got it. I beat you once and I can do it again. 100% or not. Next week I will put this title on the line and I will prove that I deserve it by beating you once more.
The crowd explodes as JTN stares in disbelief at what just happened right in front of him. Eagles is still speechless as the show ends.
