::Backstage of the POW arena, festivities are starting to pick up as the show dawns nearer. Chester Coban is seen discussing something with Rich Morrison, scowl intact. Morrison walks away as Coban shakes his head; unknown to the interviewer slowly making his way towards Coban::
Interviewer Personnel(IP): "Legacy", we just saw you conversing with your now rival Rich Morrison... assuming it was about your tag team match with him tonight, what is the gameplan?
(Coban looks at the interviewer with looks of kill. He slowly lets out a breathe of air before answering the question.)
Coban: Yeah, that shmuck and I discussed what was to go on tonight... and to be frank with you there is no gameplan needed. We're contending with the team of Shawn Stevens and Brock Hoyle... what exactly is there to prepare for? You have a guy that has lost his steam and got a helluva good break by earning the oppurtunity to win the POW World Title, and then there's Hoyle... just some kid from down the block in old LWE days. There's not much to it, chump.
(The interviewer doesn't seem to understand what he is being told, as he continues on with the questions.)
IP: Being former long time acquantices, is this a possible 'bridge over the water' healing between Rich Morrison and yourself?
(Coban looks at the man with an incredilious look upon his face.)
Coban: Bridge over water? Please, before you babble on with the analogy bullshit, get your facts straight. Tito Capaci decided it would be an oh so jolly treat to team me with the man I want destroyed, and much to his delightment he's certainly going to get a whopper of a match. You see... I was screwed out of this World Title picture a few weeks ago, by that pompous son of a bitch, and I damn well will not stand by his side and claim victory with this man. Last week, when I shattered the skulls of Hoyle and Stevens alike... it wasn't for Rich Morrison. It was in clear frustration that Chester Coban is getting f**ked over, time and time again... and for what? For a superstar who's ego doesn't fit his caliber to grow? I am quite sorry Tito Capaci, but facts are this: you're messing with the wrong bastard in this story.
(Coban lowers his head and momentarily stares at the ground. It's clear that he is fuming mad, and this interview does not seem to be helping matters.)
IP: In one word, send a message to the team you will face later tonight.
Coban: What the hell is this, Kindergarden? There isn't a one-worded message that could possibly amount to the warning those two need... there is a word, however, at what the result will come for them; and that is failure. It doesn't take a blind man to see that any kind of teaming that includes Rich Morrison and "The Legacy" results in only triumph... even if hatrid is thrown in the mix. Simply, there is too much talent for Stevens and Hoyle alike to handle... and they will diminish in my proving of that.
(Coban seems to be letting off some steam as the interviewer is at a loss of words for a few moments. He opens his mouth, but no speech emits. He then hops quick and shoots into it.)
IP: So, you predict that you and Rich Morrison will win this match. Why?
(Coban rubs his brow as the interviewer is upsetting him with petty talk.)
Coban: As stupid as a question as you just asked, I will answer because I am obligued to... it's really easy, even a mute person could understand. Take the factors at play; a great, in-ring performer, that is bound for the hall of fame, having countless tics and tacs added to his resume'... also, Rich Morrison, throw in some nuts; you have yourself here a fine dining course of a pure onslaught. Stevens, Hoyle... we're bringing the heat, and it's going to be more wicked than any nMa gathering has mustered in the past... simply because, it's sensational enough to get the job done if I will state.
(Coban walks away from the interviewer as the poor man starts to weep.)
