The following interview for POWs pow.zu5.net/ website was deemed inappropriate for the viewing of others, comments about a certain federation and its wrestlers alike was deemed possibly destructive for a merging relationship. With that said POW must state that the following interview was banned from its original front page website position. Due to considerable discussion between both parties of POW and the manager interviewed, both parties came to the conclusion to post the interview deeper within the website due to the time and effort had soaked into this very interview.
Riley: Ya know it's a hard line of work being a manager, especially a manager of the skills as I. There wouldn't be a day in which some low life wrestler walks up to me and falls to his knees begging me to help him out, ya now what I tell them? I tell them that managing them shall show no profit to my pocket, I tell them that I am already managing the Legion Soldier...the greatest wrestler this promotion has yet seen. But of course they take my words in vain and continue to crawl back to grovel once more at my feet pleading for me to take them under my wing to guide them to mirage possibilities of victory.
Now I'm hearing the talk of the United Wrestling Company being merged with the Power On Wrestling, once again I will be swarmed with wrestlers of lesser talent than my client wishing to get ahead in this business helped by the skills of the manager of champions. Well I’m telling ya all now to not waist your damn time grovelling at my feet, as far as I'm concerned the only talent the UWC had nor created was Tito Capaci and Jay T. Nitro. Other than the miraculous cases of those two men it is obvious that the UWC was full of nobody jobbers of the likes of Big Ci and Dave Hunter, both of which I may mention further on down the line due to their losses at the hands of my client Macros Vitruvious. Ya see the managing services of the “manager of champions” are completely above your level of competition, if by the slightest of chances I decided to manage a certain UWC wrestler it would not be long until the realisation that my time is only waisted would dawn on my mind.
POW officials took this opportunity to announce to the self proclaimed “manager of champions” the introduction of Bob McManus and his brother Shane to the team of POW managers.
Riley: Ya have got to be kidding me, as I said before this line of business is hard work. Ya can not come here and tell me that a man that did not have the talent in management and business skills to keep a federation running that had all that was supposedly going for it as UWC, is now thinking he can make it in the world of managing. If ya can’t keep your promotion running smoothly and producing star quality wrestlers why would you try your hand at managing? Ya can’t tell me ya created the stars which are Tito Capaci or Jay T. Nitro; both those individuals had either the money or talent to be the best from the beginning. If ya tell me you were behind the creation of Big Ci and Dave Hunter then I will spit in your face in disgust at the outcomes of such pathetic men.
Ya see when running a promotion you’re the top boss with all your little cronies running around your feet just for the chance to take one of your orders. As a manager ya don’t have those small luxuries in life. As a manager ya work alone. As a manager ya find yourself going the distance of the whole 24 hours just to get your client over the line. That is what will make me stand out from these other so called managers; every human can see what a legendary wrestler I have moulded out of the shell of a man which was Macros Vitruvious. The training I motivate my client to undertake to clear the boundaries that lie before him and greatness, boundaries which I continue to push his skills under, through or over to considerably higher levels than any other. These are the small things that make it possible for me to live up to the title of “manager of champions” these are the small weights which I have to bare and carry so as my client can improve and wrestler at an ability that continues to shock fans week after week. These my friends are the small things which enable the image of my managing skills to be imprinted into the mind of each and every one of those fans at the end of the show, not the past accomplishments of some has been nor the size of the breasts of some woman. Hard work and long hours are the center of my abilities and the reason why my clients achieve those championships, the thought of your belief that ya can accomplish anything along side the client I have moulded just sickens me to the depths of my stomach.
POW now brought up the sudden creation of certain tag teams and stables within the last week, after all it is believed that the Tag Team Championship will be on the line at All In. An interest in which the manager has looked at over the past weeks.
Riley: What is this? Ya create a tag team or stable, rip of the name of a great team of the past and ya get pushed to new levels? Please, if ya think that creating a stable and going by the name of the Four Horsemen be somehow going to improve your wrestling abilities you must be dafter than what I thought. Of course I will knowledge that the creation of a stable and the ally of four wrestlers, even if as inapt to wrestle and as daft as them, shall give you an advantage to claim extra victories here and there. I will give ya that. But when the time comes that ya be put up against a tag team force so great, ya shall be seeing yourself fall into the same abyss as your weekly singles careers. But what such a force can come forward to topple a stable of four men you may ask, well I have your answer. Such a force as my client Appius Macros Vitruvious, and his newly found Tag Team partner the Atomic Ninja Reck Maverick. The skill and deadly accuracy of a Ninja mixed with the toughness and honour of the Legion Soldier, together creating a force to be reckoned within the tag team division. Yet still some may doubt the ability and credentials of the team, some may even state that such a team shall self destruct from within before they even accomplish a tag team championship opportunity.
Of course as it is well known that tag team has been forced into a situation that neither competitor shall back down from, the competitive mind of each other and the prize of an opportunity for Valor gold stretches their will of friendship and tempts the taste of greed. Perhaps both their will to compete and impressive accomplishments and skill in the ring shall truthfully destroy both there careers. No matter the outcome of this battle, at least one competitor shall be left standing in the center of the ring. No matters the outcome of this match, that one competitor shall still have the abilities to not only compete for the Valor Championship but also that gold of Tag Team Championships.
If it turns out my client is the man announced as the victor in this battle, I ask the Four Horsemen what they have accomplished against my client? Big Ci, though he shall state differently, has already suffered two losses in his career from my client with the latest being accompanied with the sound of his hand bouncing continuously from the canvas. Lance Erickson was saved a debut loss in a tag team match by the Legion Crusher from my client, the same Legion Crusher which impaled the head of Dave Hunters tag team partner into the POW canvas costing him another defeat towards his name. Ya see when it comes to competition against my client it seems that the Four Horsemen are all out of luck, all washed up and lacking the opportunities now for a victory.
Come the Road to All In my client shall continue his winning streak entering his name to move on towards All In and wrestle that tough old bastard George Duke, just as that fate is to come so is the opportunity for my client and his tag team partner Reck Maverick to move towards All In and become champions as a team. All In will be named the night of the Legion Soldier, none will care for the outcome of the POW Championship, all eyes will cascade to the arms of the raised Legion Soldier as the shining gold dangles from each grasped hand as he shall be announced as both Valor Champion and one half the Tag Team Champion. Making the legion soldier, Appius Macros Vitruvious, the very first double crown champion in the Power On Wrestling History.
