The scene fades in. A brick wall can be seen. The bricks are old and covered with dried mud a few of them are even broken and chunks missing. The camera zooms out and Lestat can be seen standing against the wall. Lestat has on blue jeans a band tee. He looks to the camera with a serious look on his face.
Lestat: Thank you for coming so far out of your way. I hope that Kilgreen will join us shortly. Until them welcome to my own personal hell. In this building is where I come to train myself for the most important of matches. In there is a man who will not let me slack or give up. A man who in the end makes sure I am ready for the match I will face. It has been a long time since I was last here. I am sure that he will be furious, but that will make my training that much more intense.
Lestat walks off out of camera sight. The camera pans quickly and regains Lestat as he walks to a door that looks like it’s ready to fall off its hinges. Lestat carefully knocks on the door then takes a quick step to the left of the door. A large rusted metal ball comes barreling through the door as the ball passes the door falls off of the hinges and lies on the ground near Lestat.
Man: That better be you boy! Where have you been? I know you have not quit wrestling cause I know what you are capable of.
Lestat: (smiles) Yes it is I old man. No, I have not quit. That is why I am here. I have to face four others in a match to gain a chance at the POW valor title. I want gold around my waist.
Man: What wrestler doesn’t? Now get your tinny little hinny in here!
Lestat hurries quickly inside and stands before his master. His master is wearing a black tank top and maroon shorts. His body is well built even more so then Lestats and he stands four inches taller then Lestat.
Man: It is about time you showed your face around here. Now I take it you want some extra special training since you are taking on so many. You know this is going to be the most intense training I have given you. (Lestat nods) Good. Now go to the back and get into your gear and let us start. There is too much work to be done before you match.
Lestat: I am expecting an interviewer from POW. I have to do that first.
The man backhands Lestat.
Man: You’re on my time now boy. Do as I say!
Lestat glares to the man.
Man: If you want I will knock you out next time. Now go do as I say. You know better then to backtalk me.
Lestat sighs and walks off to the back.
Man: Surprised the fool as come that far. He will learn his place soon enough. (Looks to the camera man) Has he always been this week and pathetic? I don’t see how his has gained a chance like this one. POW fans you will see a different Lestat once I am done with him. He will be ready for whatever those guys want to throw at him.
The camera pans around the room and there are various weight machines and then some machines that don’t seem to have a purpose. There is also a large wrestling ring in the back of the room. He walks back to the ring and sits on the apron.
Man: This place used to be a place of joy. A place for children to come watch the locals. Now it’s dead. No one comes here anymore. The only company I get is Lestat. Now I get some hot shot camera guy and an Interviewer if he doesn’t get lost. You all must think this place is a dump. It wasn’t always like this thou. It used to be a beautiful place. (Sighs) Ah those were the days. How long does it take this boy to change? LESTAT!?
Lestat walks out in black sweat pants and a black tank top. His hair is pulled back.
Lestat: Im here. I had to find the cloths. You moved them. If you would leave things in the same place, old man, I could find them easier. Has Kilgreen still not shown up?
Man: Nope. No sign of anyone besides this camera man who I’ve been chatting to since you were gone.
Lestat: I see. (Looks to the cameraman) I am truly sorry you had to endure his nonsense. He can be quite the jerk sometimes.
Man: What did you say boy?!
Lestat: Nothing at all old man. I guess lets train till Kilgreen gets here.
About that time Kilgreen comes running in. Breathing hard he looks to Lestat and the man.
Kilgreen: Sorry Im late. (Continues to breathe hard) I had a hard time finding this place. Then some kids chased me here. (Breaths start to slow) Lestat why didn’t you just wait on me. You could have let me follow you. (Starts breathing normally)
Lestat: (smirks) because I knew the locals would point you in the right direction, and I must stay that has been more fun.
Kilgreen: (glares at Lestat) That is not nice.
Lestat: And I am not a nice person. Now hurry up with the interview so I can get onto my training.
Kilgreen: Fine. I want to know how you plan on taking out Lance Erikson, King Cobra, Kid Luck, and Joey Harris?
Lestat: Plan and simple. Out wrestle them. Beat them at their own game. Heck who knows what will happen in that ring. They are all great competitors, but I will become victorious in this match. However, I am not worried. I know my skill will get me threw this match, and it will have the outcome I want.
Kilgreen: You have beaten Lance before. I don’t really think you will escape with a victory this time. How can you be so confident that you will?
Lestat: Yes granted last time I faced Lance I won, but we all know Showtime played a part in that. So it will be interesting to see who comes out on top in this match. Showtime will be too busy to get involved in this match. Plus things between us are repaired now. He has Fire, and I have sworn to not chase or long for her. So things there could not be better. Shade helped Showtime and me work past all of that. I do wish him the best of luck on his chase for the POW Television Championship. That title was created for Showtime. He will shine with that gold around his waist. He will pull out all the stops to make sure it is around his waist for a long time.
Kilgreen: What about the others? You have never really faced them. How can you be ready for them?
Lestat: I will be ready. How does not matter? I will just do what I must. I am not going to give you may exact game plan Greg. That will be revealed when the match actually happens. Now I have much training to do so get the hell out. The camera man can show you how to get back to your car.
Kilgreen nods and walks out the cameraman walks out behind him and the scene fades to black.
