This was found in the POW headquarters, mailed a few days ago. There is no forwarding address or anything written, just a promotional package addressed to Rich Morrison. he POW decided to publish the recording on their website, where it could be viewed as an attempt to try and make the superstars guess who this mysterious "we" is.
