The scene opens with Big Ci stood in front of the POW logo with a counter/ table-top in front of him. All three of his championship belts are lay on it, the Extreme championship on his right hand side, his newly-won Mid-Atlantic Championship on his left hand side and the Valor Championship in the middle of the other two. Big Ci is dressed well in a fancy purple shirt and black trousers. On his left wrist is a silver watch. He rests his hands on the counter, behind the belts and leans in to camera as he speaks to the audience at home.
Big Ci: RECKLESS ABANDON… has come and gone. Championships have been unified… championships have been lost. We have a new Triple Crown World Champion in my old pal Reck Maverick… who now has to deal with the returning Shawn Stevens… we have new Tag team Champions… in Pickles and Bubba thanks to the implosion of the interim team of Ryan Knight and Lestat… we have a new Television Champion… in the form of “Flanchise” Flap Flanagan. But what we do not have… is a new Valor Champion. I’m afraid that it’s a case of same old same old in terms of the Valor championship once again… because just like I have every other time I said I would I walked into Reckless Abandon carrying this…
He holds up the Valor championship as he continues.
And I beat Scott Lanegan for the Mid-Atlantic Championship just like I told everyone I was going to. Now there is, as it seems there always is with me, speculation as to the legitimacy of my claims to have beaten Lanegan fairly. You see, even though it was scheduled to be a 4 man tournament… even though I prepared for a 4 man tournament… only three men were involved at Reckless Abandon… and by luck of the draw I only had to wrestle one match on Friday night… Scott Lanegan on the other hand, had to beat Buddy Love in order to get to face me and so the question remains… if the playing field had been even would I still have walked out Unified Valor Champion? Well the truth of the matter is… I don’t know…
You see because Scott Lanegan gave me a hell of a fight despite having already gone hard at it with Love… so had he not been through that first contest… had him and I been on a level playing field… maybe things would have been different… but that is simple speculation. But Scott eventually we will find it out… because even though you were Mid Atlantic Champion for less than an hour… you were still the Mid-Atlantic champion… so when I beat you for this championship…
He picks up the Mid-Atlantic championship
You became a former champion… that entitles you to one rematch… and I know that you found be too far away from cashing it in. So when it comes to you and I… one on one once again… only this time with a level playing field… we will find out, one way or another, who truly deserves to be called Unified Valor Champion.
And then there is the other question… the other question that compromises the legitimacy of my title reign… What if Mr Showtime had competed? What if I had to wrestle Mr Showtime before Lanegan? What if he had challenged me for the championship again? Could he have beaten me? Could he have taken the Valor championship? And could he have been the one stood here right now with the Valor and Mid-Atlantic championships? So strictly speaking there are a lot of questions to be asked… and also a lot of questions to be answered… well let it be known as of right now that I will answer some of those questions at least, this week on the Road to No Fear… Because this week on the Road to No Fear… I go one on one with Mr Showtime one more time… for the Unified Valor championship. This week I silence the critics because I go into the Road to No Fear with no fear… no trepidation… no reservations… and most importantly no doubt in my mind that will walk into the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago Illinois for the very first time with the Valor Championship belt strapped around my waist and I will spend 10, 15, 20, 30 minutes handing Mr Showtime his ass!!!... and then I will pin him or make him tap and I will walk out with the Valor championship still around my waist… because in case you didn’t know… I am Valor champion for a reason… I am Mid-Atlantic champion for a reason… and I was Extreme champion for a reason… that reason is the same for all three championships… that reason is that when it comes to walking into a big match situation… when the lights are bright and the stakes are high… there is no one better in this business at getting job done. I have proven myself time and time again. I have beaten Shadow… Duke… Mad Dog… Erikson… Hunter… Pickles… Stevens… and most importantly… Showtime. Mr Showtime I have beaten you once… you ducked me the second time… and now… I will beat you again. I am the best at what I do and I will prove that to you this week once and for all… and I will keep my Valor championship in the process.
But before then I want to address another point… Shadow…
Ci walks around the counter and leans against the front of it. He looks into camera as he speaks on more of a personal level.
Shadow you know for a fact that I hate you more than anyone has ever hated anyone else in the entire history of the world… you know that the thought of you makes me want to do physical harm to myself just so I can dream of what it would be like if it were you the pain was being inflicted on… but when we left the UWC you agreed to end it… but then just because I beat your ass in the end and I kept this…
He reaches behind him and pulls the Extreme championship from the desk. He holds hit up.
… you pissed and bitched and moaned about the rules of the match that you created. And now it appears you can’t do two interviews without bringing my name up despite the fact I was done with you along time ago. Well now it is really starting to piss me off… because I don’t want to have to lower myself to your level again you schizophrenic sword wielding dick-head… When I am finished with all my other business regardless of whether you have a championship of not if you want to go one last time… if that’s what it takes to finally shut you up then let’s do it… because one way or another I am going to stop this obsession you have with me. You had better hope that it ends in a match… because other way… you don’t want to know. Let’s put it this way… they say that you can’t kill what is already dead… well trust me… I’m a resourceful motherf**ker… and I will find a way… but that is for another time… first I deal with Mr. Showtime… first I beat Mr. Showtime. You may want this title… be it for yourself or for Fire or for Society of Chaos… but you can’t have nor will you be able to take it from me… regardless of how much you want it… I want it all the more… I am the Valor champion… I will remain the Valor champion… and there is nothing… no force of nature nor no act of God… that can take the Valor championship away from me… Big Ci… over and out
Ci fold his arms and looks into camera as the scene fades out
