The scene opens in the early morning, outside The New Alhambra Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It’s six in the morning, and the sun is slowly rising over the city. The sun’s rays slowly make their way across the city. The rays reach the parking lot, and creep across it. Closer and closer the rays move across the parking lot to the lone, parked Winnebago. The Winnebago stands quietly as the sun’s rays envelopes the van.
Inside the Winnebago, rays of light makes their across the empty bottles and random clothing across the floor. The light reaches a slumbering Buddy Love, and warms his face. His eyes flicker open and he stirs awake. He sits up and shakes his head. The cobwebs loosen up in his head and everything becomes clear. He looks down next to him to the still asleep, partially naked girl. He pulls back the blanket and chuckles at the sight of her g-string. The pulls the blanket completely away and eyes the brunette.
His eyes run down her curvy body to her tanned legs. His eyes continue around her legs and come to a stop. He moves in for a closer look, and then he darts to her purse. He starts scrambling through the purse for a moment, then stops. A smile grows across his face as he finds what he is looking for. The scene goes black for a moment, but then comes back with Buddy sitting on the edge of his bed. He looks downward with a big grin across his face.
“Awesome dude! Passion purple!” Buddy says with a smile as he looks down at his freshly painted toenails.
Buddy giggles to himself as he looks up at the mirror. He looks up to see a dangling large sticky note on his forehead. He takes the note off of his head and reads it to himself:
Dear Sucka!
Its time for some hardcore training. Meet me at Manny’s gym on the other side of town at 6:30. Don’t be late Sucka! Or you won’t win the match this Sunday!
Love Big Norm
“The Foot-Long Midget” Sucka!
Buddy looks at the clock across the room. The neon boobs clock reads twenty after six.
“Aw…… fiddlesticks………” Buddy says as the camera blacks out.
It’s dark and silent, but softly at first, music starts. Soon the music is full blast, and its Survivor’s “Eye of the Tiger”. The music gets a few seconds in and the scene opens up on the street. The camera zooms up the street and Buddy Love comes running out of the corner. He is jogging toward the camera in flip flops and a neon pink Speedo. He jogs past the mailman, the milkman, and a police officer. They all stare in shock as he runs by.
A stunning blonde with long golden hair, in tight green spandex shorts and a tight, white tank top comes out of an apartment building and starts to job ahead of Buddy. Buddy’s eyes grow big as he starts to run faster toward her. He had never seen such a beautiful behind in his life, and he knew he had to flirt with the owner of that rear. He weaves through the random walking pedestrians as he tries to get closer to her. Suddenly, a newspaper flies by Buddy’s head. On the street, a paperboy hurls his newspapers toward the buildings. Buddy frantically runs, trying to keep up with the woman and dodging the flying newspapers. The kid starts to laugh as he pings Buddy in the head with the newspaper.
The paperboy turns onto another street finally, after throwing one last newspaper that pops Buddy in the jaw. Buddy stumbles ahead and starts tripping over garbage cans. He bounces off the cans like a pinball and ends up running into a light pole. He falls onto his back and stares up for a moment, regaining his composure. Suddenly, from up above, a can of paint falls from above and splatters paint all over Buddy. Black paint covers Buddy pretty much from head to toe.
Buddy stands up and tries to shake off some of the paint, but nothing comes off. He looks ahead and sees the girl turn a corner. Buddy takes off running again and darts around the corner. The paperboy drives by and tosses another newspaper hard. The newspaper hits Buddy straight in the rear and gets stuck. It looks like a tail sticking out of his rear. Buddy takes off running, trying to pull the newspaper off his rear.
A group of dogs picks up the scent of the paint and take off after Buddy from an alley. Buddy looks back to see half a dozen dogs chasing him like some cat. Buddy lets out a yelp and starts to run faster. The dogs gain ground on Buddy and nip at his heels. Suddenly, a small dog lunges for him and lands on his back. The dog digs his teeth around Buddy’s beads and holds on for life. Buddy slaps his arms back and forth, trying to knock the dog off of him. The dog growls and swings back and forth from Buddy’s back.
Finally, the dog lets go and the rest of the dogs give up the chase. Buddy sees the girl run into Manny’s Gym at the end of the street. Buddy, huffing and puffing now, struggles to jog up the street. On the side of a building up ahead, a couple of guys start tossing branches into a Wood-Chipper. One of the men walks over to the machine and turns it on. The blades of the chipper twirl on and out comes a stream of small wood chips and wood flakes. At the exact moment the stream hits the street, Buddy runs by. In a matter of seconds, Buddy is covered in the wood flakes. Buddy pushes open the doors and stomps into the gym.
“Buddy? What the hell?” Big Norm laughs out loud.
“Dude…….. I was totally chasing this foxy babe man….” Buddy says, standing there covered in paint, wood flakes, and a newspaper sticking out from his butt cheek.
“Hey Norm, is this the chump you wanted me to train for yah?” Suddenly a large, long-blonde haired man comes walking up, wearing green spandex shorts and a white tank top.
“Yeah…… this is the Sucka!” Big Norm barks.
“Dude, is that passion purple? I love that color!” The man says with a smile and points at Buddy’s painted toes.
