Bailiff: Please rise for the honorable Douglas P. Woodlock.
Every one rises.
Judge Woodlock: Be seated. This court will now hear the case of Trevor Adams, Jason O'Neill and Fredrick Thomas vs. Mick Cormac.
Plaintiff Attorney: Your Honor we would like to close this case my clients and the defendant have reached an agreement of compensation for damages occurred.
Judge Woodlock: What did you reach?
Cormac's Attorney: Your Honor my client Mr. Cormac has agreed to pay for all medical expenses for the plaintiffs that occurred at Hennessy's of Boston and a sum of three thousand dollars a piece for anytime losed from work and court costs.
Judge Woodlock: How and when does Mr. Cormac plan to pay?
Cormac: Your Honor if I may, I plan to pay immediately after proceedings with cash.
Judge Woodlock (raises an eyebrow): Cash?
Cormac: Yes sir. I received an large inheritance at a young age from my parents and have held high paying jobs with wrestling organizations as of late. I have also invested those funds wisely and am amply prepared to pay all cost incurred immediately.
Judge Woodlock: Very well than. Do the Plaintiff's wish to file criminal charges?
Plaintiff Lawyer: Your honor two of the plaintiffs find it to be nothing more than the hazard of their profession bouncing and my other plaintiff, Mr. Adams, considers it his fault from provoking Mr. Cormac. So none of my Plaintiff's find it necessary to pursue further legal action, especially after the more than generous offer of Mr. Cormac.
Judge Woodlock: Does defense seek for criminal charges or counter suit?
Cormac's Lawyer: No sir.
Judge Woodlock: Very well than. On a final note: Mr. Cormac could you please rise. (Mick stands up) I do hope not to see you in a courthouse again Mr. Cormac, considering your previous though expunged record and your lifestyle, but if you do if you could please next time show up in a sports jacket and tie and not a leather coat and t-shirt?
Cormac (smirking): Yes Your Honor.
Judge Woodlock (swings gavel): Case dismissed, parties are excused.
Bailiff:Parties are excused, please leave the court room.
