[shadow=orange,left,30000000]{Fade into Victor Bloodmoon’s locker room at the Dodge City Civic center. It is the day of Spring Breakage, and Victor has recently arrived, and he is sitting on a bench, lacing up his boots. He is wearing his wrestling singlet, with the straps down. An open duffel bag sits next to him on the bench, presumably with the rest of his ring gear in it.}[/shadow]
[glow=red,2,30000000]Victor: Some may think that my mind might be in other places right now. But, as important as the AAA ladder match is, I haven’t forgotten about the Lethal Lottery tournament for the Eastern Heavyweight championship. Some people told me I must have been crazy to take this and a ladder match in the same week, but I‘ll do it anyway. I am willing to work my ass off and give 110% every time I step into a wrestling ring, because that’s the kind of performer I am, and that’s the kind of champion I can be. My three other opponents in this tournament could not even hold a candle to an athlete of my caliber. What kind of champions would these little cretins make? They are not even fit to lace my boots.[/glow]
[shadow=orange,left,30000000]{Victor finishes lacing his boots, then reaches into the bag and pulls out a roll of wrist tape. Victor’s wrists have taken a lot of damage from his extensive amateur wrestling career, and he has to tape them before putting his “shooter” gloves. Victor peels a strip of tape off the roll and starts taping his wrists.}[/shadow]
[glow=red,2,30000000]Victor: Eddie Buchalini Jr. won his match by disqualification last week. Basically, he won by getting his ass kicked. Well Eddie, if you get in my way, you can expect the same thing, but with a different result. This Zevon loser, he won his match due to interference. Zevon, an entire army could come out to try to stop me, and they still would bow down to the German Juggernaut, as would you. Mick Cormac, the only guy besides me who won his match cleanly last week. Cormac, you are probably my greatest threat in this tournament, which isn’t saying much. Cormac, if you and I were to lock up in the middle of the ring, it would make one Hell of a match. Sadly for you, the outcome would be the same as if I stepped in the ring with any other talentless jobber in this federation. None of you could be the champion to carry this promotion to greatness. There’s only one man for that job, and that man is me. I will win the Eastern Heavyweight champion, and then I’ll cash in that AAA medallion to become the first ever POW Undisputed Heavyweight champion. Why? Because I know I can. I…will be…victorious. Now if you’ll excuse me, I have a ladder match to win.[/glow]
