The scene opens up as we see our hero, Eddie Buchalini, Jr. walking up a set of stairs, inside the POW Arena. The camera moves up closer, and we see a lock of disgust through the signature sunglasses worn by our hero. As Eddie nears the top of the stairs, he takes a deep breath and walks toward a door that reads "Mr. Capaci". Eddie knocks, and waits...there's no answer.
Eddie "Damn."
Eddie sighs with disbelief
"I really don't believe any of this. I don't understand what happened. I had a great match against my friend, Matteo. It was the way I pictured my closing match at UWC, a win. A respectable win. And then I made the biggest decision, and signed the biggest deal with the best incentives, and now I've completly falled off.
Two losses! TWO LOSSES! One loss makes me go absolutely insane but two, without a win? That's absurd. I'm not throwing in the towel anytime soon, I decided that I will be a wrestler, and I'm going to wrestle for the rest of my life.
Now I find myself barely cutting it in POW, and jobbing it up match after match.
This next week I am in a tag team match teamed up with someone I don't know, and against two people I never met.
But...
At this point Eddie has walked down the stairs and is exiting the arena. Eddie pulls a Marlboro Smooth and lights it. After taking a few hits he continues
But I will outperform everyone at the next show. I will be the person that everyone talks about for the next week. Fans will be talking about me, and my next match.
But I'm not worried about the fans, mainly because I care more about the win, one win will trigger another, and another until I am on top winning Championship, after Championship, just as I did in UWC.
Eddie finishes his cigarette and the tosses the butt on the ground. He steps on it as the camera zooms in on his fresh white Nike Air Forces. Eddie steps into his new Mazda 6. Eddie rolls down the window and looks directly into the camera...
Come next week I will get the win, no matter who is backing me up, whether its my partner, whether its my fans, or anyone else. I'll do it on my own if I have to. I'm not going to be a no win jobber.
With that said, Eddie rolls the tinted window up and speeds off with his license plate reading "GINNY", being the last picture the camera captures.
