New PM bar...

I'm not an unnreasonable man, and so I'm going to try to honor the request of someone by removing their work off the board.

I'm not going to be able to do it all at once because my html knowledge is practically nil.

But my first piece of work was the code for the PM bar. What do you think? Worth the change?
